The service workers were lovely but after I confirmed my order with them literally three times they
> Forgot my Pepsi (I had to run back to get it when I was halfway to the train station)
Then even after emphasizing what I ordered by asking "I got the IMPOSSIBLE garden goodness right? " and them responding with "yeah! "

I get home an hour later to realise they gave me the regular garden goodness and overcharged me.

I had a really long exhausting horrible day at work and I hate being unhappy with service workers because I am one myself but I really was looking forward to my order and I have autism and can't stand the regular veggie patty.

Months ago there was pride stuff. Now they have homophobia in the form of the salvation army in the local matters. The owners still fund a lot of anti LGBTQ political campaigns. The salvation army themselves have a long and continued history of homophobia.

Daughter down with Gastro straight after Grilled Beef Burger. You need to take more care about cleanliness and the proper storage of Meat. Apologies for the one star. Its a pain.

We ordered a mighty Melbourne burger and a impossible garden goodness. Both burgers are very tasty.

Burgers are very tasty. Almost no sacrifice of the quality at a very competitive price. I got three sliders and each of them were very good. I cook a lot but cannot make a burger as such to be honest. I think, in a relative sense, Grill’d is 20-30 times better than McDonalds. Definitely recommended. Also amazing service and friendly staff.

Order from here all the time via the Grill’d app sometimes pick up and sometimes delivery….

They commonly forget to include the sauces you order via the app……
But today they forgot the meat in my burger! I’m not kidding!

Tried one of the fried chicken burgers. It was very scrum. I’d also recommend the sweet potato chips.

A great variety of hamburgers, including gluten free, veggie and vegan. Gluten free hamburger was delicious and chips with some herbs were glorious. The staff was very sweet and fast-paced.

Normally Grilld are good but this one in particular is not good. I have been sick from their HFC burger before (ate it and was sick within 15 mins). Whenever I make the mistake of getting ubereats from this mob the food quality is awful and I live up the road so I doubt that It is consistently a delivery issue. Just placed an order with them now and the burger was soggy, the chicken hardly cooked and the chips were both cold and stale. Never again

Food was excellent overall despite the bun looking like the chef sat on it.and service staff were great and accommodating. However the chef in charge was extremely rude. Our 1 year old grand daughter had a 1 minute squeal as she was happy with the loud music being played and a bit hungry. He shouted across from the kitchen to control the ‘scream’ from our 1 year old kid. A better way was to approach us and speak properly. Plus the restaurant was empty at that time. It spoiled our experience as my daughter and her grand mother felt discriminated and sad.

The flame provides warmth and a unique touch that is not seen anywhere else in South Yarra.

Friendly staff are so attentive. They proactively asked if I need to throw away the takeaway bag.

Disappointing meal, prepared too early so barely warm, kids burgers overcooked and if mine had the pineapple in it that I ordered, I couldn’t find it. Very skimpy on the chicken. In fact 3 stars is generous.
We won’t be back

Decided to try this guys for the first time today. Ordered the simply grill'd burger. Lady asked if I wanted cheese as it doesn't come with cheese, I said yes, paid extra for cheese. I get home open it and no cheese, burger was meh. I guess this is just one of those things you try once and move on.
