Grill’d Glen Waverley consistently create fresh and fast food.

Their chips share plate with herb mayo and Simon Says burger are my go to.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful.

The store manager position does turn over frequently and their support for local community groups is often forgotten - I would like to see local community support (the Local Matters Program) become more of a focus for the store.

Moldy bread, 15 mins to make a slider that was burnt, toilets are wet and dirty. Not sure I will come to that specific Grill’d again.

Grill'd will always be one of the best burger places. Last time I went there it was really good only thing was that the burger I ordered was very dry and like they didn't care to put much effort on it. But that was only one time. I love burgers sooo healthy burgers are the best.

Always the best, especially adore this Grill’d, the staff are such a vibe. Love the onion rings, would recommend everyone to try them at least once. Very considerate that they cater for my partners dietary requirements (celiac)

Awful terrible staff

I ordered through application to pick up my food. However i changed my mind to dine in.
So i asked staff to change my order from pick up to dine in.
The staff said yes but after that he forgot everything so i have to wait for so long time.
After i got my food, it was so cold which makes me feel bad. My food was already packed and abandoned some where else.
When i went there, there’s only 3 teams including me. After doing mistake, he didn’t say sorry at all and confident.
Also i ordered coke as well but there wasn’t any coke when they served my food which was so late by the way.so i wanted to call that staff one more time. Although he saw me calling him, he neglect it and do what he was doing at that time which was so bad. I strongly recommend you to go another place

Great restaurant with a selection of burgers. Vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters all have a choice. Grilld chips are the best. Great location too.

Staff here are super friendly, and the burgers are amazing! Calm and warm atmosphere. Only critique is that the prices are a little high, but the food is worth it.

Burgers were all right, but the staffs organisation was not great, we went as a group, and the orders came out at different times.not a minute or two apart but 10 minutes.

I can't really comment on the food as I was only there to clean all the windows.staff were friendly.pleasant.clean.

Three of us ate a burger & chips at 8pm Sat 28th. We had the most incredible greeting from the gentleman on the counter & our food was fast, fresh, succulent.

Everything we ordered came out perfect.
Sweet potato and the signature chips were hot and crunchy.
Burgers were juicy and tastes amazing and always.

Great tasting food and good experience overall. Friendly and welcoming staff. But didn't like the fact that the person at the counter smoothly asks you Bout add-ons without mentioning the fact that they cost extra.

Such good burgers.tasty! Zucchini chips are also amazing and a must order. We ordered our meals take away, and they held up pretty well for the 9 minute drive.

Delicious, juicy and filling beef burgers. Their original, sweet potato and zucchini fries are all so scrumptious - a must-try. Warm and friendly service. Nice ambience.

There were 4 people on shift and they still managed to mess up my order which mentioned no onions as my wife's pregnant and when I asked them to help fix the order the girl just through the onions out and was offering the same burger back. I don't think it's the burger joints fault but, not the best experience.

They have different options for burger. The chilli one tasted so good! I like the decorations inside.

Place was reasonably clean and tidy. My burger was fresh and the meat patty was cooked well. Was enjoying my meal until the kitchen decided to play their own music with a separate speaker really loud while different music was playing throughout the restaurant speakers. Killed the vibe and was rather annoying to have listed to 2 different music playing at the same time.

We just had the experience of the life time here! They asked us to leave with our food because they are under staff and can't bother cleaning the table after us. I'm still trying to digest this!:)

Tom at the counter was nice and he favourite burger is demogorgon burger it was fantastic the sauce was spot on guys keep up the good work is the best.
