Always nice staff.clean. The best Grill’d in Victoria.
But one issue: the paper towels in the toilette. You put too many in the box and in order to pull out you need to pull very strong and when I did, many paper towels fell down. For the sake of green planet or environment buy a drier pls.
Waited 15 minutes for water on a 39 degree day. They said they were out of glasses, but we saw new customers receive water. Could barely finish our food as it was so salty and we needed water to get it down.
Best service that I've had I'm a Grill'd restaurant. The burgers and chips were all well done. The only issue is that inside the venue can be too noise in busy hours, you can't hold a nice conversation there.
Good burgers and chips. Wish they'd offer better buns but it fills the gap and is always consistent and good value.
Grill'd generally never lets me down! Great burgers with heaps of healthy and tasty options. Staff are always friendly, and in the Camberwell store the decor is hipster trendy. Grab a booth if you can!
I'm a big fan of the mighty Melbourne Burger. Grilled Camberwell was well staffed, friendly, and responsive. The music was a bit loud for me, and I don't mind loud music, but it made it hard to speak to my family. Good is always good, could have been hotter. My beer was warm but the staff replaced it with a cold one, no issues at all. Nice.
We went late at night (although plenty of time before closing). They wanted us out as quick as possible. The Zen Chicken was burnt with hardly any sauce.
Good burgers, cheerful service, but the music is really loud and annoying, unless you really like cheesy pop. Do we need loud disco? How about something more laid back?
