Greville Nails

Booked for acrylic nails. Average service, average nails. When my cuticles were being tidied, my thumb and index finger bled. There was a mark on the polish from the nail technician's glove, even after I had politely pointed it out. The nail shape I had asked for (coffin) seemed more like square flat shape. Some of the nails were filed unevenly. And there was no clean up of excess polish. Not coming back.

I don’t know how this place has any good reviews, I picked a very very pale baby pink and somehow they’ve come out bright barbie pink. I got an acrylic nail on both of my big toes as I had cut them too short and it’s so thick and not been applied or shaped very well, the girl that did the painting painted in between my cuticle and the acrylic, the foot shave is terrible and I’m so mad I spent 65 dollars on this when I could have done a much better job at home.

I can not fault this nail salon! They always do an amazing job! I am looking forward for their re open as I don’t trust anybody else with my nails! Miss you ladies!

Although I recommend to book at least a day in advance, I came in without an appointment on Friday mid day. They took me in but as there were other customers I had to wait at least 20/30 minutes before they started on me. They were very professional, I’ll definitely go back.

Dianne and her team are absolutely lovely. They never fail to make you feel like a valued customer. I am always very pleased with my nails and there are plenty of colours to choose from

As a cis male who gets their nails done, I just love this place. It doesn't matter how many times I get my nails done, there is always that slightly nervous feeling about potential judgement or awkwardness. But not at Greville Nails. The girls are so kind, chatty, and do a VERY good manicure. Boys and girls alike, go to Greville Nails. I just love it:)

TERRIBLE! Uneven eyebrow wax, one is now thinner than the other. Worst manicure I have ever had, the paint is so uneven, thick and they left a lot of it on my actual fingers. The woman kept getting up and doing other things during my appointment so no wonder it was uneven. The paint was so thick that even 45 minutes after leaving the salon it smudged. Completely unprofessional. The place is also filthy. Will definitely not go back and would not recommend.

Lovely staff and great service always. Been here a few times on my way home from work and they take walk ins and bookings. Nice clean set up and always do a good job

Professional, clean, adaptable and courteous. If asked will give honest feedback and guidance about suitable colours for short and long nails. Very popular but will take walk ins. Greville nails is very worthy of regular custom.

Best nails I’ve ever had Diane is amazing with nails and shape salon is very clean! Great for pedicure or SNS or French polish on nails lots of colour couldn’t recommend her more fantastic!

Staff are nice, but have come away with chunky sns, uneven shape. Shiny top coat peeling off. May have been a once off, as the other reviews seem to be good!

Fabulous nail salon. The owner Dian, is such a professional in her job. She’s big in attention to detail and always make sure her employees are on the ball with training and procedure. Dian has been looking after my nails needs for a few years now. The best manicure and pedicure shellac treatment I’ve ever received and very affordable!

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. I’ve been coming here for two years now and I am always happy with the result. The owner Mai is lovely and does her best to fit everyone in even if they are busy. Definitely recommend:)

Not the best customer service I have had, not the best paint job either. All up, not the best. Will I be back? No. Smiles are free ladies.

Just visited this salon now and would highly recommend! The ladies that work there are the sweetest, they even insisted I take home fresh bread and pastries the Baker next door gives them at the end of the day! I tried offering them some $$$ and they refused.just so so sweet. Will be going back here (not for the bread ha) but for their amazing service and loveliness! Thank you x
