I had the best experience at Greville Nails with thanks to Diane and Helen! I asked for thin layers of SNS for my fingernails and for white Shellac toes and they delivered! The white still hasn’t gone yellow or chipped.
Definitely going back!

Lack of communication. Even if you tried you best to start a conversion or talk about the manicure. And you need to take all responsibilities of the results caused by it.

Question: how do you know your customers’ needs without effective communication?

BTW Don’t go this store Asian grils unless you’re from their country. You might know what I mean.

I've been to Greville Nails three times now for a mani/pedi and have been very happy here. It's been pretty chill during the day. The staff are lovely and my nails look great

I am very satisfied with this nail salon, the staff in this salon welcome customers very thoughtfully and friendly, and are very professionally trained.

I’m really particular about the shape of my nails and Diane and her really well trained staff always deliver perfection! A very warm and friendly environment with gorgeous views of the park. I hoghly recommend!

Very unpleasant experience.
I was looking for a nail salon working with UV builder gel as I don´t want aceton or any other acids on my nails. I found Greville Nails and due to the good reviews… I went for my refill.
The lady just put the Gel on like nail polish. When I told her I wanted them to be built up (that´s actually what it is called builder gel for) she replied, „No, we don´t do this here“. I told my concerns about the stability without modelling a stress point but she stuck to „That´s how we do it here. If you don´t like you go“, what I should have done by than even in the middle of the session.
2 thing, I wanted chrome nails. I had chosen a rose gold colour. When she applied it to the first nail, it was a white blue colour. I said, “oh, this is not the colour I have chosen” but she alleged it was. I showed her again the totally different rose gold colour on the display but she insisted that´s the number, that´s the colour. So I chose another one. When she was finish it looked just like a glittering nail polish.
Very disappointed with these not chrome flat flounder nails and 100, - $ shorter I left after 40 minutes the salon. Off course the nail she did new did break again after just a few days.
Quite a bit scared I went to Venus Nails to have the broken one fixed. Surprise.they know how to work with UV Builder Gel and there chrome nails look like.chrome. See picture below.
You always can have a bad day but this unprofessional work and unfriendliness is an absolutely No Go for me.

P. S. Sorry, my nails looked much more natural before, modeled and filed in shape than after your work. Maybe you check out Alessandro Soft builder gel.

I have been here for long times. The girls are very lovely and the price is so reasonable.

Horrible experience, wasted 3 hours of my life. Disgusting job, had to go to another shop straightaway to fix it after paying a fortune to this place already.

The ladies at Greville Nails have done a brilliant job both times I’ve been there. Attentive, receptive and skilled at what they do; very happy with the results!

Extremely rushed and over priced I didn’t even get a massage with my pedicure, terrible service

It was my first time here. I had an appointment but I had to wait 35 minutes before someone stated taking care of me. It was suppose to take 45 minutes but I stayed in the salon for 1h30.
The colour wasn’t the same that I asked and the finishes were very poorly made. I had to finish "cleaning" myself at home, the result was rough.

No commercial gesture was offered to me after spending so much time waiting.

Time for Greville is the best nail salon I have ever visited! Their nail art is top quality and they handle you with the utmost care. Ami is such an amazingly skilled artist, as is Diamonte. They are so friendly and always up for a chat! The hot stone massage that comes with the pedicure is just heaven. I'll be a loyal client for life!

Absolutely loved both times I have been for sns on my natural nails. They have been on time and kept my appointment times - in and out within an hour. Jenny is fantastic and you can book in for your next appointment at the ending of your current one! Loved it.

I booked last minute (but still booked!) for acrylics full set for ~$75.
Really poor quality nails and rushed service. A few nails fell off about 5 days after my appointment and the basics were not a concern (no cuticle remover, no moisturiser offered). Further to this, the general quality of the nail look, which was a simple coloured tip, was atrocious; the nail bed colour became marbled and the tips were uneven as well as the nails being different shapes. Girls were friendly enough but I had them taken off and went elsewhere after a week, so a complete waste of money. Really unfortunate because I was looking for a new place - I found it, but it's not here. Go elsewhere!

I came to this salon for the gel nails. They were a bit rushed as it was past closing time, but she still did an excellent job on my nails. Very pleased with the gel, shape and service.
