Best spot on the island! Amazing food, lovely staff and an overall great vibe. Some really amazing local wines and produce, great place to sample what Phillip Island has to offer!

Out for a late arvo stroll, and popped in for a nice drink.
We started with and old fashioned and a dark and stormy.
Both very refreshing and WOW pretty strong!
As we were meeting freinds for late dinner we had some wedges and a couple more drinks.
Nice service and atmosphere.

What a find. On a slow Tuesday night when few people were around and hardly anything was open took a punt and discovered this smallish, welcoming and very tasteful wine bar. Shared a magnificent platter with glasses of recommended local wine. Great service and modest prices.

The food is of a very good standard, the house red wine and white wine are very good, the staff is very friendly, and the dining atmosphere is great

Spot on! I’m not allowed to back again tomorrow night, but I want to.lamb cutlets next time, when ever that is. Smashed the croquettes and salmon then polished off my wife’s prawn linguine. Ps I think I spotted Wood Allen there too. Oh and do ya self a favour and get an espresso martini.or 2

Fabulous food, service and ambience. Wasn't cliquey like small town bars can be. Couldn't have chosen a better place to have a meal and drink. Servings were generous, food was cooked to perfection. Genuinely couldn't fault a single part of the night.

Unbelievable service, food and drinks! Would recommend Grenache 100 times over and can not speak highly enough to the quality and cost of the venue.

Great restaurant, beef and calamari dishes are delicious, as well as the cheesecake. Best food in philip island!

Excellent food and wine, despite the service being a bit slow. Some vegetarian option which is great for our non meat eating guest. All in all a great night and spot to catch up.

Everything was delicious we hadn't booked a table and luckily got a spot. We arrived just before 6pm where most people started arriving.

We went here for our 9th wedding anniversary. Delicious food and wine, everything was amazing. The music was great too for a wine bar. Better than many restaurants in Melbourne, everything had so much flavour and the service was great. Possibly the best restaurant we've been too. We've been to some pretty amazing restaurants, this might have been better than The Brasserie on Southbank and La Parisian in Geelong we went to several years ago which were some memorable places. They had food that catered to my dairy and other allergies and even gave us a spot with a little more room for our toddler who we had with us, although there were not many children there. Will definitely be back. Definitely recommend this place!

The food here was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was great. We are from Melbourne and were very impressed with the quality of food and vibes which were on par with what is offered in Melbourne. We had the tasty eye fillet and gnocchi. Definitely deserves 5 star!

Booked well ahead, but when we arrived no table was reserved for us. Didn't want to sit on stools for a meal, so chose to sit at a table at the back. We were told 'we could sit there, but if a large group came in we may be moved' (table for 6, we were 2).
Food was excellent, service good, but at the end of the meal (where we spent over $200 on food and drink), I requested a coffee, only to be told ' we don't do coffee, we have a coffee machine, only for expresso martinis'. This was a significant birthday milestone for me, very poor response on the restaurants behalf, unlikely to return because of this, and I'm a local.

Had dinner here when visiting the Island. I had the homemade gnocchi and hubby had the special fish stew. It was SO EXCELLENT! I felt like I needed a second serve! The Lady behind the bar who welcomed us was very attentive to our request and friendly throughout. We really enjoyed our short visit to this restaurant. Please treat yourself to a good food and drinks here. They truly know and are passionate about what they are doing it shows through the food! I respect and love these kinds of food business.

My Partner and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner here when staying in Cowes.

We had the meat platter and calamari and loved it, absolutely delicious!

The place was very busy when we visited, despite this the service was excellent and the staff were super friendly!

I was looking for a nice restaurant to take my partner to and Grenache popped up in the top. Certainly not disappointed! I called ahead and was told it was fully booked but we could pop in from opening time as long as we were done by the next booking. (Booking was a Saturday night and I had called the day prior - stoked they were accommodating on short notice)

The staff were so lovely and very friendly. They were great at recommending dishes and wines (we love that they have local wines too)

Every dish was mouth watering and very good portion sizes. The atmosphere was lovely and the fireplace is a great touch.

We will definitely be back!
