In a day with power failures and wide spread damage across our area, I got a phone call from the clinic explaining the problems they were having. They handled the power failure with professionalism and I did talk the Dr on the phone along with my wife as I am a stroke sufferer and I have aphasia. Well done to all the staff in a very trying situation!

They refuse to see my 4 years old Daughter because I am not vaccinated
Considering all vaccinated people do carry the virus and I have no symptoms and my daughter is in pain.

My phone went funny when the doctor called me for my app. On 19/11/21.couldn't get the icon to reply. I called the medical centre back straight away but was left on ringing for 20mins. I have been calling all day but either I'm on hold music for more than 30mins each time so I can have my tele health app. What's going on? Why was I on hold on 4 occassions for more than 30mins. I tried ringing on 2 different numbers both on my landline phone and mobile phone

Some doctors will refuse to see you and/or your child if you're not double vaccinated (make that triple soon). Will never return to this clinic that has a biased view of healthcare. You can still catch, spread and be hospitalised with Covid even if you're double vaccinated (just ask Tottie Goldsmith). Just because you're not double/triple/quadruple vaccinated, it doesn't mean you HAVE Covid and are a germ factory. Everyone and their child deserves healthcare - but I wouldn't get it from these people. Thankfully not all GPs share their opinion.

Covid19 is diagnosed in the community a VERY very low rate, in both the vaccinated and unvaccinated.

From Tim Quilty MP: “Many have contacted regarding GP and other medical professionals denying service to those who are unvaccinated. If you have experienced this you can contact VEOHRC (humanrights.vic.gov.au) or the Health Complaints Commissioner (hcc.vic.gov.au). ”

Love the telehealth appointments, they are so quick and easy just for needing repeat prescriptions and you are not wasting time sitting in waiting rooms and travelling to the appointment, the doctor just calls when she is available. Fantastic.

Dr Naeem Chaudhry is so caring, always has the time and always on time. I would not go anywhere else. He also looks after my children and I have only the very best praises for him and the clinic. With deepest gratitude.

They refuse to see my daughter because we believe in our immune system and we are not vaccinated
My daughter is in pain but their doctor have a great ethics
They have forgotten their responsibilities
Their job is to help people not help politicians to enforce dictatorship

I had a telehealth appointment today and the doctor phoned me 2 hours later after I had called the clinic several times to see what's going on.
The receptionist said they had a wrong number on my file which is super weird because I already had two telehealth appointments twice this year without a problem.
Then I went to the chemist to pick up prescribed medication but had to wait for more than an hour with my 4 year old son because THEY DIDN'T SEND MY PRESCRIPTION!
Oh, what a day.

Doctors undertake a Hippocratic oath for a reason.

Refusal to provide medical services for unvaccinated people is not right or moral

Ill add this to the list of practises I'll never use again and never recommend to anyone.

Great facility, and great doctors, I don’t mind sitting in the waiting room watching TV on the big 50 inch and relaxing on the couches

Today l had a telehealth appointment my Doc at 11.45 for an extremely bad chest cold. She informed me my script would be sent immediately to my elected chemist. I attended the chemist at 1.00pm only to be told it had not arrived. I waited another 20m, then rang the medical center. I waited on hold for 30m for reception to answer, only to be told the following.
A: that she was the ONLY receptionist in the middle of a global pandemic AND a snap lockdown
B: that she had no time to send my script due to being the only receptionist.
C: that l should go home and return to the chemist at an unidentified time to pick up my medication

All of the above is completely unacceptable and defeats the purpose of Telehealth. I have an immune condition and being made to wait in a busy chemist for over an hour, for nothing is an unacceptable risk to my health during Covid. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened, it is the 2nd time in a week. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ended up having to go down to the Drs an hour later, only to see 4 staff on reception

Along with countless others I am writing this review based on my personal experience with Dr Crilly. She is the most rude and dismissive GP I have ever met and I have never experienced unprofessionalism of this level at any workplace. How she still has a job as a health professional baffles me.
I arrived at the clinic well before my scheduled time and checked in at the front reception, from there I was told to wait in the corridor to the right which I did. I waited patiently and did not see anyone come out to ask for me, I walked around the corner only to see Dr Crilly's door slightly open, I saw she was on the computer so I decided to leave her for a few minutes in case she was writing notes for her last patient. After waiting a few minutes I looked into the room through the slightly open door only to see she was on Facebook, so I decided to politely knock and say excuse me I have an appointment at 3: 10 if you are ready. She straight away yells at me saying she doesn't know who I am and shuts the door further so she couldn't see me. I waited outside the door and she lets me back in and yells you need to check in and kept repeating it whilst I was trying to explain that I did.
Anyway, she then greets me by saying "what's your problem" and I go on to explain a concussion I had from footy. The whole time she used little to no eye contact and did not ask any follow up questions. The problem was I had two weeks ago been concussed at footy and then later on hit my head again in a car crash, so for two weeks I have been receiving headaches. I was told by my usual GP to consult her again if I had been getting headaches but unfortunately my GP had to take unexpected leave for the week, forcing me to have to see Dr Crilly instead as she was the only person available (I wonder why).
She would completely cut me off when I would try to tell her what is going on and the symptoms I've been feeling and constantly raise her voice saying "why wouldn't you go to a physio" multiple times.
The reason I had not been to the physio is because I was afraid I had caused further damage to my head from the crash.
I honestly don't understand why someone with absolutely no tolerance and people skills is allowed to work as a health professional.
I would never recommend even my worst enemy to have a consultation with her, none of my questions were answered and she rushed me out as quick as possible. I was constantly belittled when I would ask a question and spoken over as she did not want to hear anything.

Couldn’t understand what the hell is wrong with the Bupa’s staff at this place. People don’t even leave their dog in their car under the hot weather WHILE THEY TOLD ME TO GO INTO MY CAR AND SIT THERE TO WAIT FOR MY FRIENDS FOR 45 MINS. I would leave 0 star if I could do so.

Went there for Visa health check up! Flawlessly from reception (Misha) to doctor. Helpful staff!

Was in and out of the Drs office in under 5 minutes - they didn't even look at the animal bite I'd received. No attempt to clean or investigate injury. But did prescribe strong antibiotics for a 5 days course and seemed to know what they were talking about regarding risks relating to animal bites.
However, when I called to make follow up appointment when the 5 days of antibiotics are not killing the infection enough, they couldn't provide a follow-up appointments for 3 days! Not even as an emergency! I had to ring around other clinics, found one that actually bothered to look at the bite, and immediately referred me to emergency at the hospital. Have now spent 3 days in hospital and underwent emergency surgery, which COULD have been avoided if this clinic actually TREATED their patients, not simply have a revolving door policy and cover issues with a course of antibiotics.

Don’t go to Dr Crilly, lacks compassion and her tone and dismissiveness shouldn’t be seen in the practice of medicine.
