As someone who's always been a bit scared of doctors, I used to dodge medical appointments at all costs. But that changed after I met Dr. Bahareh at this clinic. She's not just smart and professional, but also incredibly kind and caring. There's a warmth about her that makes it so easy to open up and talk. I've told many of my friends about her, and they're just as thrilled as I am to have found such a wonderful GP.

The receptionists are rude. Some of the doctors are ok but I have seen some with no communication skills or useless in diagnosis. Twice I booked a telehealth appointments and each time waited about 2 hours.

I moved to this surgery after spending years with another local surgery which had increased the out of pocket payments considerably. I am so glad I made the move, as not only is my new doctor is far more thorough, compassionate and comprehensive but I am also not putting off appointments due to cost. There is sometimes a wait here but I would rather wait and receive better care than be rushed in and out.

I was able to attend on a Sunday morning for a last minute appointment. Receptionist was so kind, and the doctor I saw was very patient and understanding.

Terrible customer service, calls answered with dull toned voices and non sympathetic answers. Doctors always late. Had to wait 40 minutes only for the doctor to leave for the day without seeing me. I was told as I didn't check in (have been going here for 2 years now and never had a problem with "checking in" before) that I wasn't ever going to be called next. Was told there might be a missed appointment fee even though I was there 8 minutes before my appointment and 40! Minutes after. No thank you

Rudest receptionist ive ever come across at a medical centre! Most times your at a medical centre because your worried/ scared about a health concern or sick the last thing you need is rude receptionist who is put out because she has to attend to you. At least the Nurses are friendly and caring

Dr T. Swe fantastic. She was so lovely and gentle. Very welcoming and easy to understand. Given she was wearing a mask. Will definitely return again. Running on time with only a five minute wait, plus Bulkbilling clinic between nine and five

I have been with this clinic for the last few years. The staff at reception are very friendly. I have to commend DR Wong for his positive manner and caring attitude towards myself and my son as a patient!

Doctor Wong listens to you and truly cares about your medical issues. It’s rare these days to see a Doctor that cares about patients. With my chronic health issues and mental health declining sometimes, he even makes jokes as a humourous way to make you feel better!

I would recommend this clinic and Doctor to anyone!

I appreciate a bulk billing clinic that has everything in one place. For my very minor requirements I do my best to be in and out asap to give other patients more time.

Avoid Doctor Chaudhry. This doctor will dismiss your symptoms, not listen to you, and tell you your problems are weight/BMI related. He conflated 2 completely separate issues I was visiting the clinic about. Definitely to be avoided if you have ever experienced any type of eating disorder or if you have ever faced weight based medical discrimination previously. Doesn’t seem to have a knowledge of, or care about, investigating issues that could be related to hormonal conditions in women.

Very hard to find gp available.most of the time they re fully booked and their staff are not trained properly.on my last call they said they re fully booked over the next 2 days and they asked for my details.couldnt find me on the system although I visited the clinic before and then when I asked why they're asking for my details if they can't book me in they were giving stupid answers.i asked for the lady's name and she pretended she couldn't here me.i asked 5 times for her name and she ended up hanging up.

I have been going to Greensborough medical centre for years and I recently started seeing Dr Bahareh. She is very kind, efficient and is always on time. Also it is so easy to book with the lovely reception team.

At my recent iron infusion, Michelle was absolutely fabulous! She spoke up for me when I was in a fair amount of pain and couldn’t speak for myself. Could not recommend her high enough, she was the most informed and helpful person there!

Disorganisation at its best! They set appointments in 10 minutes gaps and of course the doctors are all running behind, but no one bothers to inform you, and you end up waiting for an hour even though you did the right thing and booked the appointment in advance!
No sympathy and no consideration. Just money grabbers that want to fit as many patients as they can in one day!
Also they moved from bulk billing to "Mixed billing" but no one bothers to inform you until you get to your appointment!
Stay away from this clinic! No wonder they are the only clinic that has appointment available.

Has never been the same since the opening of the new facility. Previously Admin staff were spot on with efficiency and persona. The Reception now is a long way from how it used to be.

Booked Telehealth call on Wednesday for Friday appointment. Didn’t receive a call for my 240pm appointment so rung them after half hour and was told Dr is busy but will call soon. Called again after one hour to be told it won’t be much longer. Finally at 420 one and half hours after my appointment time I receive a call to say if your aren’t paying - as opposed to bulk billing - we won’t call you. Apparently because I hadn’t been in person for the last 12 months. How Unprofessional can you be! Just a money grab $$$

I have seen many of the Doctors at this clinic and have praise for all of them. I would like mention Dr Bahareh Amirnazari as a standout Doctor at this clinic. She has a very professional yet engaging manner, always follows up and is always prepared when I have an appointment. Dr Bahareh is also very persistent with stubborn issues, which encourages me to follow up and make the next appointment.

Long post alert, yes, I AM that frustrated.

The reception staffs there are absolutely incompetent. A week long drama just to get my prescription.

1. Called to book an appointment. Took them 20+ mins to figure out how to do that for someone with private insurance. Ended up paying the full fee in advance over the phone.
2. For some issue on their end, was unable to provide the e-script during my appointment.
3. Asked to send it to the pharmacy near me. 2 hour later got a call saying they don't do that anymore. And I have to pick it up from there or they can post it but have no idea how long that would take.
4. Advised I live far away from the clinic and need those meds urgently. Their suggestion is I have to book ANOTHER appointment just so they can TRY to send the e-script again.
5. Refused to do so as why do I have to pay twice just to get a prescription. Said they would get back to me later of the day with a possible solution.
6. Got another call an hour later asking me to PAY the appointment fee which I have already PAID for while booking it.
7. Enquired about the prescription only to be told the previous person left and she can't help.
8. Called back the next day, got them to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy and found out they send the SAME prescription TWICE instead of the two separate ones for different meds.

They really need to train their staffs better.
