New management suck! Extremely rude and blunt and my food tasted just like salt. On my way out a young child 4-5 years old wanted to order some chips and the worker/management said $10 minimum eftpos (really rude) the kid didn’t understand and he got more frustrated and just kept saying $10 minimum eftpos. How is a 4 year old gonna know what eftpos is. I used to love my local fish and chips but now I think I will go elsewhere. Will never be back and I hope nobody else does either.

Rubbery frozen fish. Forgot to do the chips. Burger had no sauce. Hopefully I'm the one off but they need to pick up their act.

New management hopeless. Tried to charge me double the price, then when I arrived home, realised half my order was missing. Very poor.

Hours on the door say they are open until 8.30pm - however, when we walk in to place an order at 8.25pm on a Saturday night, we are told, “that was the last order, we are closed” & they refuse to serve us! Clearly getting out of there is a higher priority than your customer service - total failure by the new owners!

This place is a bit and miss with the food. Everytime l order potatoes cakes they're like a soggy blanket and can't eat them, so in the bin they go. The best part are the chips, which are frozen and cooked up crispy.

Best fish shop on this side of town, totally recommend anyone to make it there weekly local fish shop, the chips are crispy and golden and not over cooked like they used to be and the home made potato cakes are to die for, well done to the new owners

New owners. Quality is poor compared to the previous folk. The fish size has been reduced markedly.

New owners as at Jun 2017 have let the quality and value slip a bit (smaller fish, less chips for same money, and all a bit soggy instead of nice and crispy like they used to be). (Sep 17 - We've given them 4 chances to get it right, time to find a new regular shop)

Disappointed with the new owners. Small servings of chips, size of fish is also smaller. Order a banana fritter and when I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have any banana fritters. We will be finding another fish n chip shop to go to.

Would not go back there again. The chips were soggy and potato cakes were doughy. Scallops were juicy and that was the only good thing.
