AMAZING! Best fish & chips EVER, they cook them just the way you like BUT be prepared to wait a good 30 min maybe more so get in quick, always a queue on a Friday night, Fish & Chip Night

The owner is very rude and there is no take care of food hygiene and they are using worst and dirty oil in their fryers. Zero customer service.

I rarely write a bad review, especially for local business (as i know it can hurt), I’d rather just praise a good business, but I’ve got 2 very disappointed little kids and I am so angry right now.ordered over 2 and a half hours ago for my wife and the kids (through Uber - trying to be COVID-19 conscious). Was told 35-45minutes (expected a Longer delay - given the time of year). My order was then just cancelled (after waiting for 2 and a half hours). I drive down there and they couldn’t care less, there solution just re-order (and told it would be another potential 40 minutes.like the last time, yeah okay). We eat fish and chips basically once a year (on Good Friday), so not a big loss for your business.but in my opinion this is really poor, given the scenario, surely bumping me up the queue is the right thing to do? I will never eat here again and wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone else - due to the indifference to our situation and poor customer service.

EDIT- I was told by the Fish & Chip shop at the time that Uber cancelled the order due to lack of drivers. The Uber driver was there waiting for about 40minutes before it was cancelled by the way. Uber Eats just informed me that it was in fact cancelled by the store.

Fish and Chips cooked to perfection, customer service beyond imagination, highly recommend if you drop by in the area for fish and chips! The place to go to!

My experience at this fish shop the chips and flake are one of the worst l ever had, the fish paper thin the batter was terrible the chips awful l strongly recommend save your money

Terrible I got ripped off 2 dim sims a Hawaiian burger with no pineapple and a blond hair in my hamburger with batter I called and they said there was no order at all and couldn't find my order I said to get manager and after 2 minutes hang up on me and wouldn't answer the phone extremely rude not at all happy

I have not been to Greenhills fish and chips since new owners and I went tonight at was the worst! Fish was grilled and dry, chips sogging and the dim sim was old or been steaming for 2 days. The staff couldn’t crack a smile! I’m m going back my place at civic drive!

Worst fish and chips the calamari wasnt even calamari was crumbed mush god knows what insidde, the fish was full off batter and the chips rubbery, only good thing was the potato cakes, the poor review prior to mine was spot on, what waste of $40 all in the bin! (minus potato cakes) never again

I must say best ive tasted in a long time. I ordered the grilled fish, potato cakes and greek salad. Delicious, ill be making that my regular Friday night dinner. And the service is great. Well done to your team

Since our favourite fish and chip shop (Beachhouse in greensborough) closed we’ve struggled to find another. We thought we’d try out Greenhills.
They completely left the fish out of our order then were rude when we rang to tell them. When we did get the fish it was mostly batter. I think they gave us the worst bits they had because we rang to complain.
The chips were very undercooked and chewy.
We ordered a $5.00 Greek salad. It was smaller than a one person serve and, to give you an idea, fitted in a half-size measuring cup.
On a positive note, and thus the 1 star, the potato cakes were good.
