Greek Yefseis

Great meal. Had the entree giro plate with 250g lamb. Lamb was yummy. Good portion of chips and bread. Fresh Greek salad. And a lovely tatziki. Quick and efficient take out.

Serves best meat in Melbourne, loved the foos service as it was super quick, i had the food the next minute i had ordered.

The owner and staff members are so humble and polite. I love their hospitality and the ambiance. The food is really very commendable and tasty. The best part is that the meat and the chicken which is cooked over charcoal have the best smoky flavour. Really enjoyed the food.

I ordered a chicken souvlaki and it was honestly the worst souvlaki I’ve eaten in my life. You could tell it was just done in a rush. It was literally only extremely oily and salty chicken and bread.
I could’ve done something much better at home for half the price and I’m not even Greek.

We ordered 500g of meat which was almost $50 and it arrived looking very small plus the large chips were $17 but resembled small/medium boxes at most places. We legitimately thought the Uber driver forgot a bag because that’s how surprised we were with the quantity, apparently it was correct. Very disappointed, had to order a few pizzas just make up for the stingy/expensive food we got. Can understand that delivery/uber might’ve skewed our experience but still it was shocking in comparison. Wouldn’t recommend.

Never had a bad Souvlaki here until last Monday.
I ordered chicken Souvlaki x 2 and the meat was pieces you buy from coles deli.
Really disappointing.

I have defiantly been on the hunt and tried many Greek places in Melbourne and have no need to keep looking anymore. I have been ordering meat from here every week for a few months now and just cant try anywhere else. I keep saying i will but this place is a keeper. Best place for good portions of meat that's NOT greasy at all. Go to is always mixed lamb/chicken with pita & Tarama dip! ALSO, the service is quick and the workers are so attentive and warm!

Great food so tasty and delivered to the table so quickly staff friendly polite and warm very good experience dining there could do with more comfortable chairs but we will go back and I am sure it will be many more times

Nice lamb. We had a gyros platter and was very tasty and not too salty. Food was served almost immediately. We really enjoyed our dinner there

Me and my wife had eaten here last night we have been sick all night and morning will never eat here again even if someone pays me to eat there food

First time coming to Greek Yefseis was fantastic, having the huge Gyro platter, was fulfilling, with the meats being fresh and juicy, with generous amounts of everything on the platter.

Second time arriving here, i got to try their soulvakis. Again, decent size with great amount of meat. Tzatziki is also very decent.

Definitely my go to spot for my Greek cuisine fix

In my opinion, the best souvlaki I've ever had. These guys are really consistent too. I can also recommend the chicken, lamb and pork. Great food, I highly recommend this business

Wow this place was pumping when I arrived. And that's an amazing Greek Spot.
I must emphasize about the delicious food. Those were really Yum. Mixed chicken, lamb which wasn't overcooked at all. Freshly made and super hot till served to the table.
Such a pleasant place to have a family meal or for dinner out with friends. They have got well trained friendly staff unlike the other spots around.

Greek Yefseis is a great place to dine with family and friends or even just by yourself. It is located on the vibrant Keilor Road in Niddrie. The food is delicious and for us vegetarians, there are quite a few tasty options to choose from.
Every time I step into Greek Yefseis I feel like I am in Athens. An absolutely beautiful ambience.
The staff are courteous and friendly and always willing to assist. The nice helpful lady at the front has a smile for everyone who comes in through the door. We haven’t seen Ajay in a while but he is so friendly and helpful too.
I love this place and can’t wait for my next take out or dine in. Thanks to the team at Greek Yefseis.

One of the best Greek food in Melbourne. Dined almost every restaurant in this area. But the flavors & meet in this refresh my memory is of Greece.

Unfortunately our experience this time was not like our previous visits. We have come several times but it has been several months. Our order was 3 kebabs, salad, dip & chips. We ordered 2 lamb & 1 pork kebab. Lamb meat was chewy & the pork was not tasty like other times. The tzatziki dip average, couldn't taste any flavours except yoghurt & the dressing on salad was some sweet bottled dressing. Pity because we did like the flavours at this Greek eatery.

Note that portions are huge. Four of us ordered small family deal. We had a good amount of leftovers. Calamari and halloumi was delicious. Galaktoboureko was also great. Highlight of the platter for us is the chicken which was perfectly seasoned and tender.

We are regulars at Yefsis and their grilled meat is always 10/10. Tonight we had the pleasure of eating Anastasia’s coconut syrup cake and it was one of the best cakes we’ve eaten. Please make this a regular menu item!
