One off the best Health Stores that I haver shopped in. Great place to buy vitamins and health products. Belinda, Laura and the team there are fantastic, and friendly. Not only are the prices great they do offer specials for members on Sundays. The team there are so knowledgeable and are excellent at asking questions which is really important. Wide range of products also. Have trained staff which really know there information on products. Thanks for your fantastic service and always looking after me

Went to this store in such of protein and the guy serving us (Alfonzo) was incredible! Ive never had so much fun buying protien in my life he gave such great advice and even gave me and my friend a HUGE discount on our protein I couldn't believe it, definetlyour new health shop now!

This is a great store. Quality products that are decently priced and a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The store itself is also really well organised. Highly recommend it.

So I walked into Great Earth hoping I'll find something to help my very aggressive / anxious dog. I knew most vitamins, etc.could also be used to assist dogs. The only option the vet gave us was to put him down, it left me in tears for days. I was absolutely heartbroken that there was no other options.

I was thankfully greeted by Alfonso who was more helpful than any vet. He gave me Australian Bush Flower drops to add to my dogs food to help him with separation anxiety & a calming mist which they were unfortunately out of but he checked their other store that had some in stock & he volunteered to walk me there. You could tell he really cared about his customers & also about dogs:) He also suggested some ways I could improve my dogs diet & daily routines.

I can now report that my dog has completely changed, I immediately saw a difference, he has been incredible. I am no longer afraid that he'll attack us nor has he tried to since I have been giving him the drops. He went from being really frightening to being the most gentle loving 3.5 year old dog. An absolute miracle. I am so glad that he has literally saved my dogs life.

I returned to the shop to buy other items a week later, I didn't think Alfonso would recognise me but he did & he asked how my dog was doing:) a lot of shops these days lack customer service but the team at Great Earth Elizabeth St are so caring.

I'm going there for all my needs now. Thank you a million times!

Shocking customer service! I love the products at Great Earth but the customer service and employee artitudes are so bad i just end up walking out without buying anything. Why do they hire people like this?

Service here is terrible. Staff are absolutely arrogant and gives customers unnecessary and rude lectures about how expiry dates are bogus because vitamins never expire. There are tons and tons of other shops like this and they provide ACE customer service.

I just had the loveliest lady help me out as I was looking for essential oils to use to aid me in my recovery from a major surgery next week. She was extremely helpful, gave lovely advice and knew exactly what I needed. I will definitely be going back to this store.

For reasons of staff attitude, I do not shop here unless desperate. I have been living in Melbourne for years, I know Great Earth Health Shops, Swanston and Elizabeth street stores-near Flinders street. The staff has been always, arrogant, rude and not helpful. For years this attitude has never changed, even 1 day. Theresa at Swanston street store is the worst one at the present. I go to the healthsop one in OV. They don't have great products but always explanatory, polite and helpful. I request to order things for me if not available at their store.

Was in this store on Friday, uncomfortable shopping experience as it was freezing inside and no heating. I felt sorry for the staff, come on management really?

Was really glad I went to this store. The lady who served me pointed me towards the products that suited me best and gave me plenty of information about what was in them and when I should take them. I didn't feel rushed or ignored at all. I'm definitely going back:)

Massive range of stock here from cooking ingredients to vitamins and supplements. Prices are fairly standard but if you catch a sale you'll be fine.

Staff was quick to help and gave me great advise. They also have many great specials and discounts!

I have been using this place for years. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, great prices.

Huge choice of brands, this place is great for a selection of natural, vegan skincare and haircare as well as a growing display of natural cosmetic brands. There's always at least 1 worker who will welcome you. It is very crowded in the store with not much space to freely move around without constantly moving out of someones way which can be quite annoying.
