Great Earth Health Stores 90 Elizabeth St

I had been spending thousands of dollars in this health shop unfortunately without imagining the unthinkable. I had been attacked unreasonably by this shop manager named REZ, a CLASSLESS lady with absolutely no manners, an absolute VULGAR of women kind. She is Super Rude with her approach with customers. This kind of horrendous customer service should be literally banned. This arrogant lady REZ who not only devalues innocent customers but also ruining the reputation of the women kind. I am stunned at her obnoxious behaviour and man-like arrogance is out of the world. The saddest part is, they didn’t even try to apologise for this kind of horrible attack on me by this Rubbish lady named Rez. Anyone who is reading this, kindly stop buying products from this shop. They have no morale, no ethics and most importantly, they do not care about their customers and will physically attack you anytime out of the blue. Stay away from this lady named REZ at Elizabeth street great earth mostly. Great Earth health shop is a shame on this earth. Shame on REZ and shame on Shadi Zanaldin. Absolute classless humans these two people.

Very unfair people! Unfortunately this time happened to me so I don't want anyone to have the same experience.careful when buying anything there or choose another store to purchase your products. (They won't return your products) so you'll lose your money.

My husband went to purchase a supplement at 1: 14 pm he showed the photo of the product to the staff he wanted and they didn't have it so they suggested him another one saying "that will work well" at 3: 50 pm I went to return the product which was intact and unopen I kindly explain what happened and that my husband was given a wrong suggestion, and the answer I got was sorry we can't return that.

You can't suggest a person a supplement that doesn't have the same effectiveness of what they are looking for just to sell, if you don't have that specific one you could just say you can purchase that product somewhere else.

One of the staff also said you can just dobble the dosis? ! I was like really!

Lovely and knowledgeable staff. Wide range, havnt not been able to find what I'm looking for. Most stuff at an honest price range.: ^)

Stumbled across the store whilst working across the road over 5 years ago and haven't looked back. Staff have a broad range of expertise & can answer questions for a gym goer, or a person whom is generally just health conscious.

Whilst the staff are friendly. I feel like to get me to buy a more expensive product that maybe they wanted to clear, they lied and embellished. I was looking for a vegan protein powder that didn't taste like peas and rice. The sales lady advised me to get a product Rapid Vegan, that tasted as it should, I wanted to get peanut flavour, but she insisted the vanilla was the best. Rapid Vegan Plant Protein (improved Flavour) is so disgusting that it's hard to swallow and then leaves a chemical taste in your mouth for hours after. I do not recommend this product and feel I have wasted $65 for a months worth. I will try to seek a refund.

Excellent customer service with a terrific range of products. The staff are super helpful and very friendly - also very knowledgeable about all the different products. I have been shopping here for years and years and am continually impressed every time I go in! This is my go-to store for all things vitamins, nutrition and health - wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Knowledgeable staff on hand - Some wonderful alternative products. My go to place for Bone Broth & Collagen powder.

Alfonso was fantastic is helping me pick out a pre-workout. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products available. This was my second time coming in to Great Earth and had a great experience, will definitely be coming back again!

I wasn't going to leave a review but after seeing so many reviews mentioning how nice the staff members are I thought I would offer another perspective. I walked in to this store to stock up on some Adrenal Switch (which has been excellent for me), but encountered a supervisor abusing a fellow staff member. He displayed some of the worst, unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced in a retail environment. I can't help but think these other reviews are faked as it's difficult to imagine that all the staff here are as a 'genuine' or 'friendly' as they are purported to be. I decided to leave the store, as listening to it unfold was quite awkward.

This place has quality products at competitive pricing, but perhaps some of the staff need an attitude adjustment or further coaching.

Today, 19 August 2019 I went there to purchase liquid hand soap and cod liver oil to assist my poor memory (according to my wife). I was served by Alfonso who took the time to run through several options and the positives/negatives of each one so eventually I settled on fish oil. I was very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for his role and the health industry generally. He is a credit to his employer and I highly recommend the shop accordingly.

Today i walked in the a terrible cold and spoke with Alfonso (such a funny, genuine character) to purchase some Armaforce as i have heard people rave about how this has helped them. Alfonso helped me with my purchase all whilst making my visit super fun, they are priced at a competitive level for these tablet
