Had daughters 8th birthday party.
The host didn't have the room ready, the tables were still sticky (not cleaned properly, no attempt in cleaning them), (the other rooms were so noisy couldn't hear any1 talking or saying anything unless yelling), the host lost a child some how on the way back to the room after the jumping around, they didn't do what the birthday girl wanted to do but rather what the host wants to do, the food time was really rushed no time to eat the food or the ice cream cake that was ordered thru them, then the host basically had to kick us out of the room and rather than stayed with the party she just pointed to the laser tag area which wife had to stay with them and they had no demo or guidance on how to use the equipment, but just had the vests put on them and sent out with 2 other party groups when we wanted it just for them only as it was their first time, no supervision in the tag area as the other party groups were much older and they knocked few of the kids down, so overall was not a pleasant experience or day as the host kept coming up to me to find out what's next etc

Absolutely amazing service. Had my sons 6th birthday today. We had Georgia as the party host and she was fantastic. Was so chilled. Kids and parents had a great time. We will be back for his next birthday

Love love love this place! Jump, laser, eat, drink. Great for adults (especially parents who need a break) and of course kids. Spent a lot of time here, never had any issues. Highly recommend:)

Everytime we take the kids here they have a ball so I thought I'd let others know how good it is. Also the food was super yummy

I brought the kids here over the school holidays and I really appreciated the Adults only zone, they also have a small cafe and bar.
Great place for the entire family.

The adventure area is amazing, can't imagine any better. However the activity rooms are so small, no fresh air, so not the best during pandemic.

Wanted to provide feedback on the online space for other parents considering having a party hosted by Gravity Zone, at what you may potentially encounter using the service. My friend spent a whopping $1200 for over 25 children to participate in an hour of jumping plus 1 hour of laser tag, and food.

Covid has been hard for business and families and I respect people are facing challenges with staff and recovering from the pandemic but that is no excuse for the below experience nor is it ok to not right a wrong for a family who paid that much money for a service. It's not fair what she experienced and what's worse when given an opportunity to do the right thing and make the experience right. We were wronged again!

My friend paid extra for adults food which was just shoved on the massive trays, together with the kids food. No sauces provided, no service or communication throughout the whole day it was a shambles. There was not enough drinks, food or cutlery plates or cups provided, drinks were warm tap water and warm cordial, not enough of anything was provided no service from the staff, the room was not set up in arrival nor the room separators set up nicely so basically both parties were combined. There was not enough chairs or space for the number of people attending nor space provided for parents. We had elderly people who had to stand as we couldn't obtain more chairs. We were shooed out if the room in less than 40 mins our belonging thrown into the hallway and tables placed at the door to kick us out of the room, the staff were not trained, not nice to the parents or especially the children and no one was personable even with a disgraceful $1200 cost.

Half of the children did not get to do laser tags and one of the children had to wait an hour for virtual reality and when provided feedback on the day we were snubbed. I then called to speak with management had to wait 3 days for a call back from Ben the operations manager who was rude and even threatened to end the call when discussing the feedback when challenged about the experience and the really disappointing response to the issue. I did not abuse him on being offered a $100 return voucher, I expressed based on the lengthy list of wrongs that $100 was not enough. We had requested a refund or partial one.for what was an embarrassing display of down right robbery to a family who was trying to make up 2 years of missed birthdays and socialising for their children. Really consider what $1200 would get you cos I'm sorry that was not worth $1200 and her kids did not get the day their website promised!

Kids addicted to visit this place and never quit nagging about coming again. Great spaces and safety standards. Definitely the best among their competitors

So much fun, I took my young nephew but I had a better time than he did. Good for kids and adults.
If you want to have a high intensity workout disguised as a good time, trampolines bb

Typical indoor play space. Large with a good amount of parking and good location to find. Hot summer times are a real danger, as they do not have any air conditioning or real effort to make the place safely cool. They have also recently removed the free lockers for perosnal storage. Replaced with a small bank of tiny pay to use units up stairs now.

Love this place! Nice and big, lots of different zones, laser tag set up is fun and lots of staff on the ground keeping an eye on things.

It was a heap of fun for all the kids! Lots of different jumping and bouncing stuff. Good was decent and reasonably priced. Adults got too relax and look down on the little ones with a good chips, too.

Poor management.
Poor

people skill.
No organisation.

People pay good chunk of money. Service was bad.

Our orders was mixed.
Food arrived late.
Lolly bags not given at all.

Not a bad place to take the kids to get some energy out. Does get hot in there, even if it's only 24 degrees outside so could do with better air-conditioning/opening the roller doors.

The other problem was that there is only a limited amount of performance (high-bounce) trampolines (6 in total in the "pro zone"), meaning that when the after school lessons start, you get booted off them as they take priority. There is a massive "free zone" at the back of the warehouse with standard trampolines that seems like a wasted space as 90% of the kids want to use a performance trampoline, so it is usually quiet in that "free zone" area.

Does also have a decent cafe with good coffee and hot food as well as a good little soft play area for the little ones.

We won’t be back. Staff behave like the fun police and we were spoken to rudely multiple times. A few parents were commenting. Food was ok but tables were sticky and dirty.

Great place, However the staff need to enforce rules. We were there while a school was there todat, which was fine. However there needs to be a rule that u can be only be on one tramp at a time. As muitple times had kids playing tag or racing, with no regards for anyone else. Which led to a few situations were children ran underneathe me while i was mid-air during a back flip leading to me nearly being injuried to avoid them. An worst if I land on them (80 kg) proably would have injuried them badly.

Sadly Not one person was told off during the whole event. I get the staff is nice, but need to enforce rules, or get the teachers more envloved. Lastly it was not suprising to see a strercher as I leaving, under those conditions.
