We held my son's 10th birthday here with a large group of rowdy kids. Mia, our party host, was worth her wait in gold, organising and keeping the kids together and also serving food, drinks and cutting the cake. The kids had the best time and as a parent it was a very stress free party! Thanks so much Gravity Zone!

Attended for a 10-year-old party. Good variety of trampolines. Laser tag was thoroughly enjoyed.

It was a nice experience the facility’s are nice and I love the pro zone the food is so good and a nice treat to have after a jump

Fun for the kids, staff on the floor are great. Quite a few things closed off as it's getting a bit dated in there

Was great when we went (later in the afternoon) had most of the place to ourselves. The staff were great looking after the kids at the birthday party and the kids all had a great time.

Guys! Do Not Ever go there. If you happen to go, when you at the counter and if you are asked whether you are to join the kids or not. “ALWAYS SAY NO” so you don’t have to pay extras like i did.
I would not be surprised if the website says that parents who need to supervise the kids as well to buy the tickets too but their website conceals that information and others too. So we bought tickets for our kids only and didn’t buy it for us but we are charged at the counter that my friend couples did not have to pay except for the kids.
When i talked to them why my friends weren’t charged and us? They simply say “coz you will play Along with your kids”. My friends played too. Anyway, my point is when you have a toddler, you will inevitably be supervising them and play along with them. Why charge some and not others when the same conditions apply? Not fair. Plus the reception staffs ‘ service is terrible. Discrimination and Disrespect manner were involved due to races. They treated differently based on how you look. My first and last time going there. Never going again.

We had our daughter’s birthday here on the weekend while they had a great time. The premises seems to be run by children. We paid in full for her birthday only to be told we had not paid for her birthday cake and we met with refusal until we had paid amount, once we had found the email invoice to prove that we had paid for it already, the staff refused to give us a refund only 10 minutes later after overcharging us they assured us on the day that if we email them they would be able to refund this once investigated, however we were completely misled by the staff and were told that unfortunately it is their policy not to refund. I explained to them that this is theft, theft at the highest degree. They have taken money for something that does not exist. I’m shocked how they handle the situation and accused my wife of being a thief, I don’t really care about the $35 however in principle, I feel angry and upset that the staff cannot solve this grievance. We are not happy with the gift card we would like a refund.

This place has so much more to do than it used to have. It's such a good way of letting the kids get rid of all their energy. There are tones of different activities to jump on and climb. Even the lazer tag is an awesome adventure.

Great fun for kids, staff are great, great for kids parties, laser tag is lots of fun for kids as well

Booked a birthday party for 5 year old son. Informed management that there would be 19 guests. Room was set up for 12 therefore 7 of the children had no seating and nowhere to eat food or share birthday cake. Also appeared to have been catered for 12. Approached receptionist toward conclusion of the party to enquire as to why we paid for 19 and the room was set up for 12? Was informed that as we had not brought it to their attention earlier, it was our fault there was no seating. Also enquired as to a reimbursement of the $245 for the 7 children not set up for and was told again no refunds as it was our fault for not mentioning it earlier. Spoke to duty manager who was pleasant but offered 2 free one hour entries as compensation. Won’t be going there again.

Glad to hear that the inflatable slide is finally out of commission despite being told repeatedly there was nothing wrong with it and deemed safe - obviously this has been proven not to be the case.
Just a pity that my daughter and others had to break bones for something to be done.
My daughter was in a cast from her hip to toes for 6 weeks and now a moon boot for another 6 not to mention the emotional trauma she has suffered - she is now frightened of everything

Great for kids and young adults especially for jumping funs, chicken nuggets and chips are very fresh.

The experience is great. The only improvement would be is to supply a water bubbler that can fill water bottles. All the kids were asking where they could refill. Go Kids! Do your bit for the environment.

Had my kids party here however we had a few issues. There was no parking available. We were directed to the party room after waiting in line for 20 mins but the socks and wrist bands were absent. We had to pay to bring my own cake even though we did all the cutting etc. No water was supplied to room so we had to wait in queue again to ask for it. Their Pizzas tasted like bland microwave pizzas. Kids came in to eat and woman told us off that they went back out to play when they had 10 mins remaining. This was very rude (some unmentioned rule apparently). I would think twice about planning a party here. Also not very good value for money

The hologate birthday party was the worst experience we have ever had. No host, you sit in the cafe, awful birthday cakes (can’t bring your own), forced to wait in queues for over an hour, constantly asking for things like water, napkins, kids drinks, etc.staff were nice enough. Have tried to contact management to complain formally about how the party is run with no success. Don’t want any child to have to go through the experience we did. Our son was devastated. Don’t ever book this party

GREAT FUN! LARGE indoor trampoline /play centre. Laser tag was a fun experience. Locker hire for use while you're playing. Very busy & popular (at times) & staff were very young & don't give you much instruction/advice as to how to work your way around the centre.

My kids have a ball here they love it. So many activities, the place is huge. Reasonable priced food available. Great for kids parties.

I had my daughter's birthday party there and honestly worst mistake ever one staff LADY was so rude I won't say her name, or maybe I should so she knows I'm talking about her.kids food came late with only 20mins to eat till we got told we had to leave she comes into the room while some of the older kids were still eating and starts packing the table i found that so disturbing and RUDE honestly Gravity zone only wants peoples money and honestly first and last time I will ever be going there you need to talk to your staff about respect and stop booting people out of the room so quickly we know we have a time limit that's obviously what we paid for also my family members were getting their kids off the jump zone and the so called RUDE STAFF member had an attitude towards them saying they have to leave now your not suppose to be in here, we already know can't parents get their kids out first the rush and booting out of the jump zone is so real don't be fooled by their expectations it's honestly not worth going here I would of spend my money on funtopia at least I get better staff members that have respect for us and our children and my money won't be going to waste.
