My family and I always enjoy coming to this car wash because of their great service, but yesterday was the best customer service we've received.
My dad's car engine had issues and it wouldn't turn off even though the key was able to be removed. Bevin and a young gentleman were incredibly helpful and did everything in their power to assist to try and turn off the engine.
In addition to this, we were waiting on the tow car, and the business closed at 7pm. Bevin and the other gentleman stayed behind and waited with us until the tow truck came.
Great service where the attendants went above and beyond, really pleasantly pleased by their high quality service!

When I tell you the outside of my car was atrocious mud caked everywhere etc the guys went above and beyond to get every last bit and the car had come up looking amazing

The entrance os on the main road and exits on a side street. The traffic flow on site is bit tight from tje wash to the vacuums and the exit.

The best drove through car wash experience you can have, leaves the car sparkling and the free vaccum/clean rags allows you to put the finishing touches yourself. Highly recommend

The absolute best car wash in Melbourne. You pay $22 for a premium wash and that includes a high pressure soapy clean by two workers as well as the high tech automated wash and a wax. Then a free 10 minute vacuum. Car looks brand new, amazing! Wish there were more of these around! Also environmentally friendly! Love it!

Had an unpleasant experience at Magic Car Wash in Richmond. Found GWA and all the pain disappeared. Plus the friendly staff makes the cleaning experience a bonus!

Been coming here for a few years. Every now and then I try a new place and then realise it's a waste of time. The clean is fantastic, the process is simple and you even get a light exercise wiping the car down while you admire the new clean car

I love bringing my car here for an automatic clean. Super easy interface to choose what level of wash. The free 10 minute vacuum is such a delightful bonus. I have no excuse for a dirty car inside or out.

Washed car for the first time in probably 6 months this morning - lot's of grime courtesy of 6 months sitting out on a Melbourne street! Great service as usual and the car came out looking sparkling. This place is the real deal. The value I get from having a subscription is unreal. The employees have gone over and above multiple times with advice and tonight even literally helping to hand clean a really dirty car to ensure I leave with my ride looking brand new! Kudos guys.
