Grand Wash Auto

I was always wary of automatic car washes as mostly they did a poor job. This car wash changed my mind and is the bees knees. You go in dirty and come out clean.simple and as it should be.

It removes difficult stains like bird droppings etc.with ease. Why the others fail but this one doesn't I don't know. All I know is I keep coming back.

A good car wash. Can expect a long Q on a sunny weekend. Pricing was reasonable but too

The staff helped me sort out a big mark on my car and went the extra mile to help me find wax (from another lovely customer) to try to fix it. They were very helpful!

This business puts other car washes to shame. They literally will make sure you are happy with their service. If your not happy they will fix it so as you are. Sari the owner actually talks to people and cares what you have to say. They had a young guy Aaron running around doing extras for people, he came and did my tires and rims to the point they were gleaming, well done Aaron. No well done to all.
They have such a full list of choices that will satisfy all tastes and pockets. It’s great that this business is in our backyard, give it ago.

I’ve never actually experienced someone as rude as this owner. Will never ever return here.

Genuinely the rudest service I have EVER received. Aggressive, arrogant, argumentative and honestly intimidating from the manager working today. All for what? Not turning my windscreen wipers off (when they came on automatically) and not pushing 'one my mirror in to indicate they were manual' when I told him he didnt need to be so rude about the mistakes I made I was met with total arrogance 'you're in the wrong'. Yes maybe I was, but come on is it the end of the world I sat back and relaxed on my phone while on the conveyor belt? Honestly, I left the wash in the shakes, couldn't even finish the vacuum. I just cannot believe you'd speak to someone like that let alone a customer of 5+ years.far out still shocked as im writing this.

I’ve never encountered a person as rude and dismissive as the manager of this car wash. If you take your car in with the expectation of 1/4 of the dirt and grime removed, then you’ve come to the right place. Apparently, hoping that the car is clean after a deluxe wash is an unrealistic expectation. Rather than them fixing the problem, you’ll be directed to use as many chamois required to clean what dirt remains.

Get the tyre cleaner! Wow factor. Big thanks too Aaron for taking the time to help out with first timer user and then cleaning off the extra sap and bird mess. Going to be a monthly user for sure

I have been using the unlimited wash pass for over 10 years. Very pleased with the results and my car is the shiniest in the street. Highly recommend this car wash.

I’m so impressed with this auto car wash which also has the added benefit of a pre hand wash and free vacuuming facilities! The guy who looked after my car was so attentive about doing a professional job with my car. I love the business name too!

Good car wash but I drove there today thinking they closed at 7pm (as signed on the front of the building). They were closed at 640.

I really enjoyed cleaning my car at this imaginatively-named, grand-scale car wash. The fellas helping were all friendly and full of tips and I've been back since my first go too.

The best car wash in Melbourne! Took my sons filthy car today and it came out looking like new! Staff are always friendly and clean cloths always available to dry off your car. Highly recommend!

Super super disappointed. I went to do my car wash on Saturday. Go home and found all the scratches on my car surfaces.it looks even obvious under the sunlight… now I don’t know what am I going to do with it as my car paint was in pretty good condition…….

Easily the best car wash in Melbourne. Great machine, awesome staff and good prices.

Didn’t cancel my membership despite me emailing twice, continued to charge the monthly fee, and isn’t answering the phone.

Very helpful and approachable operators. They take time to explain which service to buy, how to prepare the car (wing mirrors etc), and provide towels at the end to wipe down the vehicle if needed.

Brought my New car in for the first and last time after reading all the positive reviews about this establishment and I must say, I was highly impressed with the customer feedback; unfortunately however, I regretted it!
To my horror, the vehicle was left with swirl marks on the spoiler and bonnet and subsequently, I had to get it buffed and polished.
My advice is, if you have a new, and or a car that you love, just hand wash it, as I believe it is a far more gentle on the vehicle.
I was under the false impression that it was a touchless car wash, instead, I found the car wash to be brutal on my car! I could not reverse my car to leave, as I had others waiting behind me.
If you are not too concerned about having a few swirl marks here and there, then by all means, bring your car to Grand Wash Auto.

On a positive note, it is convenient that one can park their vehicle in a bay to vacuum and dry their car after completion, as well as being provided with micro fibre rags to conclude the drying process.
Furthermore, there is plenty of staff present to accommodate you with any questions or assistance that you may require.
It is just unfortunate that I had my experience.

Absolute thrill - most comprehensive and enjoyable car wash experience I’ve had. Thorough guidance from staff and customer service was second to none - exceptional. Their chemicals are all eco friendly so you can leave with a clean car and conscience too.

Thank you to the grand wash auto team for a great experience! If we didn’t live in London England we’d definitely become members.
