27 Please do not visit during public holiday, if shop is open.
No staff to handle the crowd and food was full waste.
Great experience and great food. Service was quick and friendly. A very different concept especially to find it in Melbourne Australia. The food was different especially Vada pav and Pani puri and unique in the spice usage. Will recommend checking it out definitely.
Best Indian street food in Melbourne.
No one can beat this test.
Love the test and friendly customer service.
Thank you GKC.
Worst food ever eaten.ordered 4 things as take away and couldn’t say we finished either dishes between 3 of us as food was horribly cooked.
We ordered
1. Soya Cham Cham (no salt, masala was not well soaked in soya, felt it was dry rubber).
2. Vada Pav (there was hardly any potatoes filling, it was more bread and chutney)
3. Black Tava Pulav (no salt again, very grainy texture, extremely spicy even though we never asked for Spicy. Had to add so much yoghurt to it)
4. Schezwan Haka Noodles (was so spicy that we could feel the burns right down to our stomach, could not eat more than 1/4)
All in all they took 1 hour to prepare the food (despite saying 30 mins) and it felt they rushed making the food and was cooked so badly that I will never ever go back there or any other branch of theirs and will recommend it to all my friends.
Also the lady at cash register: after I paid, I heard her saying to a dine-in customer that ‘fill whatever you want to, on the customer register for Covid-19, who even checks’. Such a disgusting and careless attitude, that I started to question whether I should even eat the food, whether they are undertaking the right procedures or not?
A truly different Indian cuisine I didn't know existed. Each dish we ordered was so different and was a delight to taste such different flavours. Have eaten here twice now and both times were amazing. Please source alternative packaging to plastic for takeaway would be my only suggestion.
Amazing Indian street food! 5 stars…Delicious taste Dabeli …. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, Very affordable prices. Heaps of quick options to try.
If you want to try Indian street food without going to India, this is the place to be. It has a variety of street foods at one place. We are regulars here and love most street food dishes on offer specially Vada pav and Pav bhaji. I have tried mostly vegetarian dishes. And must try is the Dahi puri.yummy taste. Will definitely come back again million times.
