Mango Fresh Milk Mango Pearl This is my favorite Gongcha menu, but it tasted too watery. When I ate it in Blvn, the mango flavor was strong, but in Melbourne, I was disappointed. And the pearls were all clumped together so it was hard to eat them.

Ordered a hot tea and you have to use a straw to drink a very hot tea. Display shows the proper hot drink cup but it’s not available and customers are not notified. Poor service.

There were literally 3 orders this afternoon when I was there, none over 2 drinks. 2 workers visibly working, not sure if some were working inside. We all ordered via self serve, so it's not like they were split between multiple tasks. Still managed to not put any lychee pearls in my drink even though it's clearly on the sticker. Ridiculous. Waste of my money. If I wanted yakult tea without pearls I would have just made it myself at home.

Gong cha used to be one of my favourite milk tea store. Now, the quality of the milk tea is no longer like before. There's a puddle of liquid on the floor and no one cleans it.

Wouldn't go again there again.
Ive seen an ad on insta from them and since then I imagined them to be a really good bbl tea chain, visited one of the stores today for the first time and it was a letdown. The lady wasn't too friendly, also kinda rushing the order? I ordered one of the yogurt options. What a disappointment, because there was no yogurt consistency at all) : felt like a normal liquid bbl tea. SIGH.

Extremely rude staff. Was ordering drinks and not even finished with my order and was cut-off mid sentence. While saying my next drink order, “another regular—“ staff cut me off again and said “regular WHAT”

Went there on 7th July at night the staff named An was extremely rude as her was shouted at every customer with angry tone

Gong Cha is the best Bubble Tea, the cheese foam is just very smooth and creamy (need more sweetness like Pearl Tea), and the way they fused their bubble tea flavours was outstanding. The fusion mixed, limited edition bubble tea, and the presentation of bubble tea keeps Gong Cha number one.

Gong Cha DIGITAL loyalty card needs improvement such as improve benefits for bubble tea lovers like Cha Time.

The attender who serves at the shop acted really cold and not interested in serving us today. With a grim and rude face to us customers. Served us with haste and attitude.

Best gongcha branch i’ve been to.service is much better here than sunshine and footscray.the tea is a little above average but plain tea mixes like an ice alisan tea for 6-7$ is a little much when my usual (honeydew mt with pearls) is $7.10.a little overpriced but places like Instea are even more pricey just for the aesthetic.service 4/5 tea 4.5/5 location 5/5

Tea is good as a standard chain tea shop. Service is average. Staff was doing what they are supposed to do. I was asked level of sugar and if I want a bag for 2 brown sugar milk tea with pearls. For me, pretty average. Nothing bad or better than average.

I bought MT here for long time, I remember the short girl worked morning of the day really bad attitude. She talked to customers looks like we asked for free drinks. Bad service need to training her again!

The owner should really do something about rude staff. The counter staff was very rude today.won’t come back

The premium pearl milk tea is my favourite and you are able to personalise the sugar and ice levels. I have loyalty card on an app but sometimes I don't get a chance to use it because the staff don't ask me if I have one and they've already processed the order. Overall, great value!

I wish i could give them a 0. Went in to buy a Taro Smoothie and I had only gold coins on me. My smoothie cost just over $7 I handed over to the worker what I thought was $8. She in the most disgusting and rude manner possible aggressively counted and said it was $6 so I had passed her another $2 and she absolutely lost it and said we've run out of what your asking for. I was completely shocked. Only because I had miss counted initially no need for your the disgusting behaviour.

Milk foam black tea with half sugar is my favorite drink at Gong Cha for many years. However, the service is just ok, but the reason I gave 4 stars is that the consistency of the drink is excellent over eight years of time. Not yet disappointed!

Rude stuff. Excuse me we don’t even rude on you we just about to order the drinks. Don’t put your grumpy face on us we don’t owe you any cents okay? Won’t visit this shop anymore. Not recommend unless you like to be treated rude.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff world just rush you while you are having your order. Was asking for more details about the membership and the crew staff just throw me a piece of paper with QR code with NO explanation. Big fan of gongcha since 2010 but not coming back again. Disappointed.

Worst experience ever. I went to buy tea while not wearing a mask, due to a condition which prevents me from wearing one. Initially, the staff member requested me to wear one. Kindly, I go on with explaining my condition to which the staff member responded very rudely. When my tea was ready, the hostile crew member simply threw it at me. Not nice at all.

Great staff, but the tea seemed a bit watery, the bubbles were too soft, and there weren't very many. I got the black tea with bubbles (half sugar, no ice).
