30Located in the central shopping building. It was a rip off. $6 for black tea mixed with milk and sugar. Although it was my fault I forgot to ask for pearls it’s pretty pricey! The person serving wasn’t very friendly or helpful but it’s alright she still did her job. Go to the Gong Cha that’s on Elizabeth St it’s a lot better. The Ally Lujiaoxiang is aloootttttt better though and I definitely recommend it a lot more than this Gong Cha.
Got severe food poisoning and felt nauseous after having a watered down version of this tea,
Normally they are the best but yesterday I was like getting sick and had only half of it

The customer service was not one of the nicest experiences, the cashier was a little rude. Ordered a red bean matcha with soy milk. Received a matcha milk? Could 100% taste cow milk.
The staff don’t even ask how much sugar I want and the drink was too sweet! If you don’t wanna wait in a long line, find another branch.

Terrible customer service ever I been meet! The cashier staff was so rude and bad attitude. Im just like a normal customer to buying a drink and follow the queue, when my turn the cashier was very impolite to asking me what do you want? ! Look very impatient expression and keep yell with me to taking order. Hey? What's going on? Did i owe you money?
This cashier staff (Slyvia) was really surprise me how come a popular franchises store can be train a talent like this?

Worst gong cha store in Melbourne. Made my drink incorrectly and I took it back and they claimed the drink was incorrect because of my less ice request so I got them to re make it with standard and it was still poorly made and tasted wrong.
Had a bad experiance here tonight. Both my friend and I had stomach pain after having the tea. Staff was unfriendly. Never going back.
