My daughter went this morning to this store at 10am and bought 6 tumblers / 6 bubble teas and spent over $191 plus at your store and l'm very disappointed. Taro drink had no sugar, diluted terrible had to throw out undrinkable. The others were not good either. I'm thinking did this person accidentally forget to add sugar to the drinks? Understand you had one staff working this morning but please don't you have standards. I also found out that the drinks were supposed to be part of the tumbler price ie. No charge yet on the receipt clearly was charged for this! How is this supposed to be. She still has copy of the receipt. As a parent l am unimpress.

Very busy place. Non-stop orders. Although busy, still got my brown sugar soy milk tea in a decent timeframe.

My Favorite Bubble Tea Store! The staff at Gongcha are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The koik machine makes it super easy and quick to order drinks. The bubble tea itself - it's simply fantastic! The taste and quality of their top 10 drinks are top-notch. I highly recommend Gongcha to all bubble tea enthusiasts out there - you won't be disappointed!

Came here for the first time and our experience was awful. My friend and I ordered two teas and then when we started drinking it, I noticed a HAIR in my drink. It was stuck to the inside of my cup and it was not on the outside. I showed my friend and she saw it too. When I went back to show the staff, one of the staff members saw the hair but the others mixed the drink with the straw. This made the hair disappear into the void, which was the drink. She then tried to gaslight me by saying that there was no hair but there clearly was before. My friend, one of the staff members and I saw it, but the staff denied seeing anything. Also for note - they do not wear hair nets. I didnt even get an apology, instead of accepting their mistake, they denied seeing the hair. The drinks did not taste that nice either. Will not be returning.

Passion fruit tea was good but the bits in it caught me off guard. Also the workers seemed extremely overworked and they looked understaffed.

Not a great bubble tea. After I walked away I realised that about half of my drink was chunks of ice. Then when I had my drink there was a large bit of plastic in it. The mango pearls that I ordered with the drink were all congealed into one big sticky mass on the bottom and I couldn't suck them up with my straw. I won't be returning.

Good drinks but understaffed!
This place makes amazing drinks but I always feel for the overworked staff doing their best. One worker for a weekend (let alone very warm Sunday) is ridiculous and unethical.

When I visited a few days ago, my taro milk tea was NOT mixed at all! Huge clumps of taro powder were in it. I asked for less sugar and less ice; I got no sugar and no ice. Two of my friends' orders (just one bubble tea each) took 30 minutes to arrive. Pretty disappointing.

The staff and ordering system ️ seemed quite efficient during the one time I decided to give it a try price was about 50 to 60 cents cheaper than other franchises too so it’s a good option if you’re a student and use these delicacies as a way to treat yourself after some hard work done

Great tea, but long wait. Sometimes they have one human counter and one kiosk, sometimes only the kiosk. 3 or 4 tiny tables next to it but littered with paper and tissues, staff are too busy to clean.

The bubble tea was great and there was quick service but they should add more ordering machines since I had to wait for a while to get to order.

Not too busy and manual counter working fine, I asking to the staff if you can take my order but suddenly both staff being so rude asking me take order at the machine. The way they speak to me is rude. After I placed my order around 5: 51-5: 53pm (26 July 2022, please check CCTV), I saw one of the staff (same person who rudely asked me take order using machine) touch her nose and she didn’t wash her hand! Gross!

Terrible service. Stood there for about 5 minutes today while the servers had no customers to serve and stood right in front of me counting money acting like I wasn’t there and offered no explanation. Oh and the self serve machine wasn’t working

Service is really bad. This girl MIA working in was soo rude when I asked something from her. Do not recommend.

Really delicious tea, only problem is the pearls are NEVER ready when they open.either be ready to wait or come after 1120!

Return purchase. Purchased pearl milk tea. Quick and good service. The tea was ok as expected. Ice and sugar can be altered. The packaging was ok. The shop is clean and neat. People should try this item.

Yesterday I got an eye rolled; I’ve always been a fan of Gong Cha, but rude customer service was just disgusting.

I ordered a brown sugar fresh milk with white pearl but received the one without white pearl although I already paid for it.

I didn’t particularly enjoy my Lychee Oolong tea as it was really bitter but perhaps that’s my fault as I should have ordered my sugar. However, there was a big long line and a quick way to pay and place your order so good for them.
