Gong Cha Elizabeth

Their drink is gong cha standard just like all of the other stores. However one of their male staff Kerry (that’s on his name tag, he has ear piercing tunnel) he was really rude, saw his twice at night, rude all the time.
I get it, you guys are short on staff, and it gets busy at night time, but that’s not the reason to be rude all the time, if you can’t do customer service then get a new job dude. Lol

The teas are okay I only get one sort of milk tea/drink from these types of stores. But I started tasting grainy stuff on my custard and stop drinking immediately, was not pleasant at all

Worst customer service ever. I am a regular customer but every time they got different taste. Sometimes sugar level mistakes, sometimes wrong gong cha and last time i had to go there by myself after getting delivery from easi to tell them that its wrong order and they didn't even apologize. Staffs are annoyingly rude. All of them need to learn how to treat customers right. We are bubba lovers thats why we started going there but after a series of these experiences i am not ever going back there.

These days the drinks also tastes horribly different each time. Good luck gong cha but at this rate with these kind of rude, mannerless staff you will go bankrupt soon. Unless u change some really good staff to almost all of them.

It's okay, even by Gong Cha chain standards. It is really inconsistent. If you're after a hot milk tea, for some reason it never gets hotter than lukewarm. Does the job but not impressive. They get plenty of delivery orders too so it's a big wait.

Their quality is so bad, i ordered milk foam green tea from them through uber eats. And the tea tasted so old and the milk foam wasnt made properly, it was so sandy like rocks. Totally unacceptable! Tasted horrible as well.

The drinks are great but the front staff’s attitude is horrible. They chat with each other while taking orders from customers. The worst part was that they even served the wrong type of milk tea.
In short, staffs are unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

Great staff, and the bubbles were nice with a good serving (unlike the Swanston street store), but the tea was a bit watery. I got the green tea with bubbles (half sugar, no ice).

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst experience ever. Not at all happy with the experience. Customer service is utter disrespectful. I still don't get it how come these kind of people are running around in a beautiful country like Australia. The front staff 2 ladies are very unprofessional and rude. One lady is being rude and muttering in her language and other lady is looking and laughing non-stop. Never gonna come back here. I wouldn't recommend to any people to go this place.
Hey manager, its my humble request you to please recruit the staff members who has some descent manners and know how to deal with the customer.

Rude service. Poor english. Even though it was fast service and tasty drinks. No excuse for the customer service.

Worst customer service, the asian lady with long hair was swearing all the time and she was shouting at that delivery man as well, very disrespectful! Unacceptable, hope the boss will investigate and lecture her how to treat people with respect, i feel so shamed being asian coz of her. I don't know her name, but she smokes electric smoke, trying to look cool. So disgraceful!

The taromilk tea that I ordered was so watery it wasnt tasty as it used to be. Perhaps covid is to blame but this one was bad.

Customer service is extremely rude.will never come back again. There are lots of tea shops way better than this one to spend my money.

Good Gongcha place. Used to be super busy. However, there are lot more competition in that area with new pearl tea stores popping up.

Wide variety of drinks & good customer service. The royal milk tea and mango series drink are my favourite.
All the drinks are within reasonable price.
Sometimes the wait are long during peak hours.

The bubble tea is nice! One of my favourites is the Royal Pearl Milk Tea will "less" ice and "little" sugar:)

I'm not fond of any sort of jellies except for the pearls (tappioca) so can't really comment on its taste/quality.

The bubble tea there is identical to the rest of the Gong Cha chain.

Bad customer service, rude staff. I was ordering their Tie Guan Yin latte in English, a guy in register said to me I don’t speak Chinese, really impatient and rude. I won’t go back again, I could understand it might misunderstand with name of drinks, as it’s a Chinese name, but in my opinion his acting was really rude, and it’s unacceptable.

Really rude staff. The staff JiaYi was extremely rude when taking order almost felt like she’s annoyed to be there and made me feel unwelcome. When taking order she even showed attitude and very impatience. The whole ordering process took less than 5second but enough to almost make me walk away. When drinks were handed over, it felt like being thrown at you and the cup was wet with milktea around it. Drink was average, there are better milktea everywhere in Melbourne cbd with friendly staff.
Never return again.

It is not really fair. I bought two cups of milk tea. The staff told me they could not add two on my adding card. The problem is why they never told me before I paid it. Disappointing
