Gong Cha Elizabeth

I went and got some Bubble Tea at Gong Cha, and the wait times were close to none, despite the amount of orders being received. Though I wouldn't recommend placing your order with someone, use the interactive display as you can see all the options (on the board, it's quite hard to see what are the options.)

I also got one of their cute gingerbread bottles, though for some reason when they served it to me, they forgot the lid, and took 10 minutes to find it. Surely if you serve a customer something, you should ensure that you have everything first and be organised with your equipment.

Overall, the tea wasn't very flavourful (probably as the balls were too big to fit in the straw-)

The staff though are very nice, it's just the organisation & service which lacked.

I ordered Five times and got my drink without straw every time even after writing note to remind about straw … never going to order again such a careless staff how are we suppose to drink the tea without straw. Such a shame for them being dumb.

They said the ordered are mixed up because having problem and have to wait more than 40 minutes just to get nothing

Every gong cha store are really busy but different taste when it comes to making milktea specially this area when you ask for less ice but its not gonna happened

Staff refused to take orders from customers because they have a self-service kiosk. I had been waiting at the cashier for 5 minutes and the staff kept ignoring me, she then told me to order at the kiosk, 3 times, so the staff ignored me 3 times. I insisted that she must take the order from me then she sighed. Why did your boss hire you if you couldn't take orders from the customers? If you were underpaid and refused to serve customers as a complaint, I could help you to report the business to Fair Work.

Today (17/6) around 1: 30pm my friend went to grab her drink after waiting 20mins the lady that was there she SLAPPED my friends handed No sorry she then proceeded to serve other people their drinks even tho they called out my friend number (91)

Rude staff and long waiting. Try some other store. Worst experience in Melbs bubble tea store.

Please DO NOT get anything from this store if you are going to order through kiosk or counter. I made a payment using their kiosk and my phone showed the payment come through. I politely demanded them to check their system, the staff are RUDE! Without any apology, demanded my contact details and believes the transaction has a problem. I’ve waited outside for 10 mins for them to call manager and did not get any response from them. When I asked them to scan my membership stamp when I have my tea, they said they cannot do it because I have to order something, which I did! For the entire time, none of the staff expressed any apologies for waiting and trouble. 2 staff are wandering around doing nothing at back. I have worked in food industry before and understood the difficulties of customers, however, their attitude NOT professional at all and is such a disappointment to treat a loyal customer in this manner. If you want a smooth experience in ordering bubble tea, avoid this store!

So grateful for these guys. They always offered me a smile and thank you. I was surprised the lady could remember me even after just one buy, and also my order. No matter how busy. I came back time and again because of their consistent service and drinks. Thank you for being so professional. You made my trip to Melbourne so much more worthwhile. Keep up the good work.:)

Cheapest and freshest boba milk tea in Melbourne. Fast and fresh. $6 dollars for a standard large drink compared to other places that charge $9 or more

The Korean girl named Minseo gives the worst customer service. I ordered a small drink but she made me an extra large one. I still gave her a 5 star review only because she’s my best friend in uni.

Worst gong cha I have ever had. Pearls are hard as rock and sugar completely wrong to the point where it is visually obvious and sickening to drink. Separate to that, please learn basic customer service skills it really is not that difficult.

Being pregnant and craving for passion fruit drinks. Asked my hubby to drive for 30 mins there to order 2 Passion Fruit Green teas with black pearls and lychee jelly, I had this drink before at another Gongcha store and it was fantastic, the one I got from this store have no taste of passion fruit, even no lychee jelly inside. Very poor quality. So disappointed! Never buy from this store again.

I ordered a cup of bubble tea on delivery app and chose the pickup time. But when I was there to pick up my drink. I was told that my drink was not made, it could take 5-10mins. I was like WHAT? !
When I was waiting for my drink. There were many ppl waiting to order. Only 3 ppl working there. 1 was taking orders, 1 was making drinks and the other one was at the back.
Very slow services.
But good thing was that this shop kept open until late.

Probably one of the worst Gongcha's in Melbourne. I went there and the staff were sitting on a chair playing ipad. Very slow as well, ans drinks are not good. If you really want gongcha, go into MC and get it from there

The mango pomelo was delicious. A lovely pick me up. Love the firm texture of the "jelly" bits. Just a small shop front door takeaway. Contactless payment available.

It was hard to understand the staff's pronunciation, and they got annoyed and laughed among themselves The drink was hardened and tasted terrible. Especially the male staff was the worst The service and taste are all messed up, but the reason people line up is just because of the Gongcha brand, and they're ruining the image

All time favorite “ pearl milk tea”. The other drinks are nice too but this one just tastes better compared to other stores.

Love their Peal Mil tea. Never disappoints. Friendly staff. Let’s you do as much customisation as you might need.
