I love everything about this place as the room is so tidy when we arrive. The owners are so welcoming.

It is amazing I have been here countless times. The view from its location is outstanding! My family and I just keep on coming back to enjoy excellent service, attention to detail and cleanlineness no request is too much trouble for the friendly hosts!

We needed somewhere to sleep when evacuated from the bushfire in Glen Forbes. They were really welcoming, the rooms were wonderful, well air conditioned, nice comfy beds and pristine clean rooms.

The location, while close to the main road, was peacefully quiet, and the views across the road were lovely.

In short; The owners are amazingly kind and accomodating, the rooms/beds are comfortable, and the location is lovely for anyone looking to enjoy the island!

The best check in expedience I had in a motel. Very kind and welcoming. Rooms are good value for money, spacious and have enough power boards to use for everything, electric heating bed sheets for cold nights, good air conditioning, clean and comfortable shower. Soft drinks and chocolates available in the room as a mini bar. Parking is easy and spacious. Located practically at the bridge towards Phillip Island. Recommended.

Lovely stay for a night. I was welcomed by the owners upon check-in. Great hospitality and everything was really clean in the room. An enjoyable stay and would definitely book again. Thanks a lot!

Rooms are nice and clean, well maintained there is good wheelchair access in bedroom and bathroom and staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean and modern with great view of the water. Walking distance to all amenities. Lovely hosts that nothing is too much trouble. Much cheaper than staying on the island which is quite expensive to do. Would definitely recommend this motel to anyone visiting the area

Great place to stay if visiting Philip Island. The owners Ron and Joanne ensured our requirements were met, even down to rustling up a couple of microwave proof bowls to make porridge in!

Definitely not the cheapest place in town, but clean and tidy, great WiFi and a cracking location.

We'll be back next time were passing through.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and nice. This place definitely needs updating, but it is much cleaner and nicer than a lot of places I've stayed in. Great location as well. Although right on the roadway, the rooms are quiet.

Reasonable rates for touristy area (Saturday night). Nice view of bay. Walk to towns food n drink. Large clean rooms. All Good. Wifi must be nbn (slowish), mini bar price $'s are very reasonable, BIG plus.

Rooms are always tidy and clean. Friendly staff, daily room cleans, only issue some of the chocolate bars and canned drinks in the mini fridge are expired by between a month and a year.
