I ordered 1 vada pav, 1 sev puri and 1 samosa chat looking at the menu online. When i went ti pick up my order i paid $31! When asked they said the menu changed recently. I want to understand why its hard for you to change menu online. Why are you ripping people off for your own mistake. First time and the impression was terrible never returning again! CHANGE YOUR MENU ONLINE ALSO

Awesome food. Ordered the thaali platters and they werereally good. The kofta and dal makhini were really tasty

Only problem is their order declines on menulog. They cancel orders for no reason

No salt no spicy even didn’t put chutney with vadapav.total waste of money. Zero quality. Never recommend

We had ordered Veg Platter, paneer butter masala and malai kofta. Food was average
Ordering Malai kofta was a bad choice as it tasted below average.

Their amritsari thali is an amazing delight and their speciality. This is a platter with stuffed bread, served with two sides and a couple of dips. You could choose the sides - but I suggest you try their chickpea curry. Amazing. The lentil isn’t that great.

Usually a big fan but this time's experience was not good at all. The saag and makke ki roti was less than average in taste, the naans were half burnt out and crispy. Dal was just a thick gravy, nothing like the dal tadka u get at other places.
Waste of money!

Veg is really great. I would suggest you to try the Chinese sizzler. Authentic Indian Chinese food

Varieties of Indian dishes are available.mostly north Indian. I went for vegetarian food. Really great in taste!

Service is good.place was clean.background music was good.price is little high but fair.
Dining space in restaurant is not much.it's small restaurant.
Overall good experience!

Horrible food. One should go only if you have a gut made of steel. Pathetic customer experiance. Even after giving a feedback on the spot they were no appologetic. Food uncooked and super salty what we had. Would never recommend anyone ever

Ridiculous experience ever
we ordered manchurian with gravy and they gave us which was nearly waterly on top of that no taste.usually Manchurians are crsipy and tasty.they told us stuffing was just made now and so it was also not properly cooked. As seen in picture. Worst worst experience and zero customer service. Was fine serving uncooked food and said sorry just for formality.

In 2018 this was my go to place for Indian street food. But now it’s just worst. I ordered chole bature, samosa chat, rabdi and nothing tasted like what I ordered. Please avoid this place if you can.

One of the best Pure Vegetarian (Update Dec 2020: Its NOT a pure vegetarian restaurant anymore!) restaurants in Melbourne! Reasonably priced as well.
Makki di Roti n Sarso ka saag thaali is a must try!

Had the Daal Makhani (black lentils with spices and cream), Shahi Paneer (Indian cottage cheese in fresh tomato and cashew based sauce), Laccha Paratha (crispy and flaky Indian flatbread) and Jeera Rice (fragrant Basmati rice tempered with cumin and ghee).
Food - Aromatic and flavourful. Also, conveniently situated close to both Glenhuntly train station and tram stops for tram 67.

Goes with the name.i found the food very good. We were a group of 8 including 1 kid and everyone enjoyed food. Both veg n non-veg (chicken curry) was awesome. Affordable price and good serving quantity.

Worst food.i ordered vegetable biryani they gave worst food.butternans are worst.every time i receive food from uber eats order they are giving every time wrong and bad food so plz j am requesting no one can order and they are not giving answers properly so plz everyone understand.thanks

I’ve tried Thali and chats many times and they are actually 4 star rated. Pretty good. I took off one star for the staff service. For pick up orders.always check you have everything packed in and don’t hesitate to apologise if something got missed. Understand a customer’s pain when he has went home with incomplete order and had to come back for the remaining. Dine in experience was really great when the owner was around.

The taste of the food was good but not worth the money. Quantity was less according to money charged. And also the staff was not trained enough. The service was not satisfactory.
