Gets the job done. However staff service is hit and miss depending on who you get to serve you. Many times the staff have their own conversations and ignore customers.

Extremely poor customer service, STAFF ARE RACISTS! I am well dressed educated and well versed in my English language even though im not a Caucasian. I went to this store upon being told the products were good and there were 4 staff members, all Caucasian, at the front counter as I entered chatting away, saw me walk in and completely ignored me, I could not find the product I needed so went up to the counter, all 4 staff still continued chatting even with me standing right in front of their faces, after I asked for assistance, one of the women just stepped out of the counter and pointed at a particular isle (the entire time with no smile or any courtesy) and went back to chatting with her buddies.
Seconds later a Caucasian customer walked in and all 4 of them smiled at her and broke their chatter to assist. THIS STORE IS FILLED WITH RACISTS, EXTREMELY RUDE OBNOXIOUS STAFF WHO THINKS THEY ARE TOO GOOD FOR ANYONE ELSE'S MONEY. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I have been shopping at Doncaster shopping center on a weekly basis for the past two years. In that time, I have come to know the lovely ladies at Go Vita. Whenever I have a question, they always do their best to assist and offer a product/solution.
Unfortunately I have a persistent gut issue. I found a probiotic milk that works really well for me. Although not a regular item stocked, Irene sourced this product for me and now orders in specially. I appreciate all the care and great continued customer service Irene and the other team members provide - Thanks ladies X

Stocked up on my recent favorites from the team at Doncaster. I am so thankful for all there guidance and support over the years. Alisha and her team are always so welcoming to myself and extended family. Our happiness and health is better off due to the amazing Go Vita Team!

I'm a well-dressed lady of Asian descent and still sometimes feel racially profiled in this store - yes, an Asian racially profiled in Doncaster East. Sometimes I'm followed around not so subtly. It was worse quite a few years back: I had a girl come right up to me aggressively and feign asking me if I needed any help - literally by half running up to me, leaning up right against my head and abruptly talking loudly into my ear, no less - when it was clear she was trying to intimidate me as I checked out the coconut oil! Really weird and unbelievably rude. Some of the staff probably could do with some diversity training or they could end up with a Starbucks-like incident. Never seen them hire a single non-Caucasian person at this store either. Only shop here sometimes because it's conveniently located.

Rude service from especially a lady with the short brown hair. I rather go somewhere else and spend my money.

Had amazing customer service. Was immediately welcomed by a woman named Loretta, who assisted me throughout my entire shopping experience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and I left feeling happy and satisfied within my purchases. Will definitely go back.

This place is well located, nicely stocked and the store layout is great. However customer service wasn’t good on a busy Saturday. The staff member was having a social chat while others waited for service.
You will most probably find what you want here but may need to speak up to get attention.
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good carparking.

Extremely rude customer service. The lady that helped me out was obnoxious. I don’t know how this people still open with this kind of service. Take your money somewhere else.

Had the worst service ever! Never had I been rude to anyone when I was working in customer service before even when I had a long day. Not going back to this place again to get treated like trash!

Asked quite a personal question which was difficult for me and received an extremely rude answer from one of the sales assistants. They just seemed snobby in their responses, would not go back there at all no customer service whatsoever

Yes I agree that the talk older lady with the short brown hair is extremely rude. The short lady with chin length brown hair is equally as rude. It's a shame that these people are in customer service!

The service was so bland and underwhelming. The sales assistant was rude and unwelcoming. Got the money off me this time but I won't be back. Plenty of other places to buy health foods!

I went to this shop this morning to buy a body cream and 2 girls at the front counter were more interested in having a personal conversation than helping a customer. When I asked a question in regards to buying one of the products, I felt like I was inconveniencing them.
The lady with short brown hair went to check stock, upon her return she advised me that they are out of stock. I then went to take a photo of the product so I can remember next time and I don't have to try all products again and this lady in a abrupt manner said to me "don't take photos without permission".
I complained to the manager about her staff attitude and although manager seemed a decent person I don't think I will ever go back!
Staff here need to learn how to respect and treat the customer!

Absolutely love this place! Walked in for the first time yesterday and one of the lovely staff members was so helpful and knowledgeable and spent ages with me giving me advice and tips on gut and digestive health which was what I was in there for. She suggested some great products for me and also gave me some tips on lifestyle and diet changes that will contribute to my overall stomach health. I was so happy when I left and I will definitely return regularly to buy my products!

Great looking store. It's packed to the rafters with great products, and the staff are really lovely.

Old Lady with short brown hair has the worst attitude and really bad customer service. Will not shop again.
