The Staff are always friendly and happy to show which product they think will benefit me the most. Great range of products.

Terrible customer service. After reading the reviews, I can now understand what other customers have complained about. I asked a question to the elderly White Female staff member and was spoken to in a rude and arrogant manner, like as if I should know about the product (she considered me to be dumb). Firstly, I did not know much about this product which was why I asked. I also found the staff member prejudice as I am Dark Skinned, I noticed they treat White customers well. I agree with a customer who stated that you should put a sign that says "No Non-White customers allowed, I would rather you be upfront (although that would be an early 1900's mentality). I know everyone has prejudices but this is a store that sells goods and in some settings like the workplace as well, people should be treated equally. I rather travel far away to buy the product I want. I cannot change my appearance or my colour, nor would I want to, people should accept me for who I am.

PS. I am an Australian Citizen and I originally came from a country with different races where I grew up with racism, so I know what racism is, I have encountered it a few times here, mostly by White Females because I was confused for being from India/Asia of which I am NOT, but I have thick skin. I could write a book about the racism I encounter from White Women from being backstabbed out of a job to White Managers/Supervisors here trying to ruin my career.

Advice and Educational info:
1. All people with an Indian background are not from India, so do not stereotype, I have NOT been to India, some of us are from Mauritius, Kenya, other parts of Africa and many other 1st world countries. In fact I go back many generations in the Western country I am from therefore I have NO ties to India anymore.
2. Indians from India DO NOT consider Indians from Western countries to be Indian, I have met many here.
3. I have noticed many White Women for some reason despise women with an Indian background the most enough to take out their frustration on us, I DO NOT know why, would like to know? The animosity I receive are mostly from single and miserable White women, Indian Women are not taking your White men, it is the Oriental Asian women who are, take it up with them, Black women next to Brown Women encounter this racism from White Women everywhere as well.
4. Everyone is an immigrant.

I’ve been shopping here for years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. There have been times where certain items have been difficult to source but that is across the board with what has occurred over the past few years. Their range in general is fantastic and I will definitely continue to shop here.

Horrible place to work. The manager is very rude in her attitude, unorganized and all round unprofessional. Her comments about my personal appearance made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Her tone and attitudes towards customers is abysmal and favours the people that she knows, leaving a line of customers waiting.

All around unprofessional. Shoppers beware, take your business elsewhere.

Rude and clearly unknowledgeable staff! This is the third time I’ve been in the store and the last. The staff are so dismissive when asked a question regarding the product, they have no clue when it actually comes to customer service or interacting in a conversation, I stood there watching one staff member unpacking a box who just looked up at me and then just walked past ignoring me. After researching what I needed to buy I found it elsewhere and to be honest I’d rather go without than spend one dollar in that shop. How the owners of this business are not aware is beyond me. Rude, disrespectful, dismissive and uninviting atmosphere in the Doncaster store.

Rude staff with attitude. The type of staff who selectively decide what level of service and respect each customer deserves based on how they look aka - racist - because in their minds the sort of ppl who should shop at their store are people who are rich who in their mind can only be people of European descent. Also not knowledgeable and not bothered to answer questions which is something their competitor great earth is much better at.when will shopowners learn that customers pick up on prejudiced behaviour. Business minded people don’t care what customers look like. They treat everyone who puts food on their table with respect. If you don’t want non-European ppl in your store then put a sign up and at least be honest.the only reason I bother shopping with u ppl is because u sell things that are hard to find elsewhere.

Good experience, helpful staff and I found something I was looking for that I couldn't get anywhere else.

Have decided to stop supporting this store. Through the lockdowns where wearing mask is compulsory these ladies do not adhere especially in the last few. I have on a few occasions noted them walking just in the shopping centre maskless.

The store was not open on a Thursday evening despite advertised opening hours on both their own website and the Doncaster Westfield website saying it should have been. No note on the door to explain why. If you can't be bothered opening up, update your hours online - I made a special trip to get something which isn't available elsewhere.

I wait until later in the day to go and it was listed as open Sat till 5.it's 4: 19 and closed.bit sad.

Terrible customer service, really rude workers. I always avoid going to Go Vita, because of every time I have bought or asked a question, I have been greeted with rudeness. Just the other day I went to ask for a product that had a label on the shelf (just looked like they were out of stock), and asked for a price check for a different brand of the same product. Asked if they would have more stock coming and got told off as if I was meant to know that they didnt stock it anymore and she somehow seemed to make up the price of the item that didnt have a price tag. I was rudely dismissed, no manners! And as I was leaving, I heard how lovely they were greeting the person just after me. Every time.seriously, who is running the show?

The older ladies that work here need to Quit! Misrable guts and rudest customer service ever! Go around the corner to GNC and get yourself proper service.

How great to find Go Vita is back after some years of going MIA. Lovely staff; great product range; great pricing and generous loyalty program.

What a lovely experience! Friendly service from knowledgable staff, a wide range of health supplements, vitamins and skin care! I was very grateful to find an excellent selection of food products to cater for my family's needs. Well worth a visit in store and if you can't, you can shop online too. Good work guys!

Of all the the different store staff I have seen at Doncaster and Eastland the staff here at GoVita were the only ones NOT wearing face masks

Very poor costumer service. The lady couldn’t wait for me to finish asking questions so she could keep chatting with her colleague. They both had no knowledge about the products they are selling.

Defiantly my favourite health shop that I been to in Melbourne suburbs.

Staff can be friendly but can get busy. Great range of product ranging from body care, nutrition and grocery lines.

The customer service was very poor. I was standing in line to pay for at least 10 minutes while the service lady was chatting away to a customer who purchased nothing but a personal conversation. She saw me twice and gave eye contact but did not serve me until the other person had left and acknowledged that she didn't want to hold up the store. I was going to purchase products valued over $100, and you would think that you would treat paying customers with more respect.
