Do not buy from them. It has been almost 40 days from purchase and I have not received my Motorcycle. I have emailed them many times without replies and have made many phone calls to them and they just push the blame over to the posting company they used. I get one excuse after another and still nothing. Will be taking a class action suit against them, they have not offered any refund at all and said they will not give one. I have read the following reviews and if I knew before my purchase, I would not of used them. Horrible Business, buyers beware and do not purchase anything from them.

Don't ever go through this company they stuffed me around for over a month. Made a purchase of something they didn't even have in stock how's that. Then kept saying it's getting distributed and never did then they have the hide to charge you a cancellation fee.

Ordered a bike from them over a month ago, 23rd November and still don't have it. Was a Christmas present for my Son and today is Christmas eve and they called me for the first time ever and all they did was lie to me. They rip you off, they don't reply to continuing emails I have sent. I have taking this to the Department of fair trading and have already reported them to the ACCC. Disgusting business and all they do is lie.
They have ripped off many customers, do not trust them. Look at all their reviews and do not trust them. Absolutely disgusted in the way I have been treated.
They never attempted contacting my by phone ever. Only on Christmas eve.
They just lie through their teeth, do not believe a word they say.

I purchased a Bike from them, been over a month and nothing. Customer service does not exist and they don't return emails or calls.
All you get is excuses and lies.
LOOK AT ALL THEIR BAD REVIEWS, VERY DISHONEST ONLINE STORE.
BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

My mother recently bought a mud kitchen through this business. Nothing on their website to say delivery wasn't until nearly April 2020. Have repeatedly requested a refund which they have been slow to action. Still waiting on a refund so we can ho about purchasing a replacement gift for my nephew. Won't be using this business again.

Ordered a bike from here a GMX starter get it home and realise it's missing a bolt to connect the front wheels to the frame and one for the front shock (I was then told to go to the hardware store and purchase one) I know that wouldn't be very hard.but it's the inconvenience this is why I brought one brand new and not 2nd hand do yourself a favor and shop around before purchasing something from here

Should had read the negative comment before I buy from these guys.

This is like one of those internet company in 90s where they try to trap customers to pay and deliver no value, literally.

I purchased a treadmill and get it home delivery. Then I got a call from the delivery company telling me that they can not deliver to my apartment as it is not on the ground. Apparently it would be too difficult to move the item in and out of a lift.

Given they cannot deliver, I called Go Easy Online to get a refund. They basically tell me that’s bad luck that I brought from them, and I’ll have to pay for delivery fee even though they can not deliver.

I asked to speak to the manager, they manager just keep go on and on about how one delivery person are not allowed to move to a different level even there’s a lift they can used. I can hardly put a word in, and I have to ask her to calm down a few times to just ask the questions I called to ask.

I’ve got full set of furniture delivered before and there’s no problem with delivery at all. Go Easy Online choose to go easy with choosing a delivery partner that are not equipped to deliver, and “apparently” it is customer’s responsibility to sort it out and pay for it.

Instead of listening to customer feedback, they just make up excuses for their ineffective processes.

I would give n o stars if possible. No communication. Has taken over 3 weeks to not get me a bike that was in stock. Then promised that they would get me one out the start of this week. Called me Tue to say that they didn't have colour in stock and they would get one in Wed and call me. No call yet and its 5pm in SA. Means that they are not going to get it out today and I will not have the present for my daughter Christmas that I organised roughly 3 weeks ago. What should have taken 3 days has taken 3 weeks and I have had to call them all the way through to get any info. Most of the time they just told me that it will be there soon or they where escalating the issue. I don't complain about these things normally, but they have been far more useless than any company I have dealt with.
