Purchased the Lifespan 7ft x 10ft Hyperjump Rectangle Spring Trampoline and the kids have been loving it. We have a narrow backyard, which would not fit a standard round trampoline, but this is a perfect fit. Great for one, but it’s big enough so that both kids can jump on it at the same time. Takes a bit to put together, but instructions are easy enough to follow.

We ordered a bike for our toddler and found Go Easy Online a wonderful and simple website to order from. The price was competitive and the delivery was much quicker than we expected as well. We are very happy and highly recommend them!

Lifespan SP-870 (M3) Spin Bike

Product arrived a lot quicker than I would have expected.

Delivery box was heavy, however as I was home at the time, delivery driver even assisted to bring the box into its location.

Assembly did take a while, (two people would have made it a lot quicker), however very straight forward and easy to do.

Bike itself seems fantastic. Nothing to fault. Screen display does seem quite basic but as I use it for zwift I generally look at an iPad/computer anyway.

Excellent customer service! I ordered my son a globber scooter for his birthday and was worried it wouldn't arrive on time. I called the store after I hadn't received an email with tracking after a few days from purchase and Kieran went above and beyond to help. He reassured me that stock would arrive and that I would receive it on time. He also called me another 2 times to update me and I received my scooter within 5 days of ordering (with a week to spare for son's birthday!). Purchased the X-150 dirt bike. Been involved with bikes for a long time and I am happy to say it is a great bike. Very comfortable to ride, good brakes and plenty of power. And of course the main thing.it sounds mint!

BUYERS BEWARE!
Had to spend an extra $480 on bikes after purchase to have performance issues rectified, and to have throttle cables shortened. Throttle upon delivery is NOT adjustable as the cable is too long deeming these bikes unsafe as they can’t be slowed down or limited.
Have raised these safety issues with company and are refusing reimbursement have reported the safety issues to fair trading. Bikes themselves are great but the company’s importing and reselling don’t seem to care that they are selling these bikes with issues and they aren’t as described online which is false advertising. Customer service is ok.

It’s not often I review, but when I do it’s for A GOOD REASON. I purchased a bike for my 5 yr old son who is keen to push the limits on his bike, yet is still unfamiliar with gears etc.so I wanted something he would be safe on, yet feel confident riding. The staff at Go-Easy didn’t take a sales approach, moreso an individual recommendation as to which bike would bring my son the most joy for the longest. We didn’t buy the most expensive model, we did however buy a premium quality bike, and when he grows out of it I wouldn’t hesitate to immediately purchase another from GoEasy, even if it was the upper echelon of bike…. Because now if that is what they recommend, I have no need to second guess! They’re experts with what they sell and don’t shy away from questions and support ‘post sale’. If you need advice on a special item for someone, GoEasy have you sorted! Great to see such a prominent local business focussed on getting the service aspect right! Easy website to navigate and choose items. We purchased a Globber scooter. Communication was excellent, as the item took a small delay to ship. Once shipped, it was quickly delivered and after sales support was also very good. Would buy from them again.

Ordered some parts online, arrived at the store for pick up the next day, bought some other items while there, all in stock at a decent price. My new favourite bike shop!

Honestly made many purchases (at least 8) from these guys (quad bikes, push bikes, accessories, treadmill) and the latest a $2,500 for a motor bike and accessories. Can’t fault them in any way. Great services always ready to help. After sales repair service also great.

Placed an order for a quad bike in April 2022 for $2689.23. Was due for delivery in 10 days.

It’s now September 2022 and the company told me unless I paid a further $900 I wouldn’t receive the bike.

Cancelled the order and the company representative took my bank account details on 15/09/2022.

Still waiting for either a refund or a quad bike.

Staff are very rude and completely unhelpful. Junior customer service staff blatantly lie when they say there are no supervisors available or the person who took my details wasn’t there.

After numerous phone calls I got to speak to person who took my original call. Was told they processed the refund but to date no bike or refund.

Complaint has been lodged with the Victorian Department of Fair Trading.

Company is clearly only interested in taking money by deception and in my opinion and personal experience would avoid this company all costs. Very deceptive in their approach to business and customers.

I contacted go easy with my keys to my rover quad bike no longer working with suspect that the barrel had become corroded due to lack of use of the bike that was bought for use on our farm that we no longer have - i was assisted to find the right barrel and was quickly sent the considered appropriate barrel - on receiving i inserted and connected the barrel and it was perfectly right for the rover quad - after charging the battery and replacing the petrol with fresh petrol the bike started no problem and i annoyed the neighbours with a drive down our estate road - thanks for being the best
