Best coffee I've had in years. I'm a fussy coffee drinker and these guys know how to make a good coffee! This is my new go to Cafe for the best coffee in town!

Good viet ice coffee however was 90% ice. If they cut down on the ice and gave you more coffee would be heaps better.

Usually grab a cappuccino and baked goods from here when I go cycling. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. The baked goods could be a bit more fresh though. Drinks come out quickly, and is nice and warm. Good job guys!

Asked for Short Black, gave me a vietnamese iced coffee black. Even though I said I just want a short black with some ice.waste of money had to throw drink out.

Nice coffee place on the corner of the shopping strip away from the main road in Springvale, inside there are a few small tables, plus a big communual table in the middle. Staff are nice

I went there for an ice latte.all good for me. However, the lady next to me got an small latte instead of her almond latte.she wanted to pay the different for it due to the cashier mistake. Anyway, the asian manager didn't let that happen, justifying that the cashier read the order couple of time (terrible English) I had to repeat my order three times. I just hope the lady got her desired coffee.

Great coffee every single time without fault. The baristas are friendly with no delays in making your coffee no matter how busy it is. I often add hazelnut or Irish cream syrup in my cuppa on days where I need a sugar hit, it’s a must try! They make one of the best coffee in springvale

Had a chicken schnitzel Turkish roll at Springvale very disappointed with the roll as it had only a few pieces of chicken which was a total waste of money they should of called it a vegetarian Turkish roll when I complained I asked the manager to open the roll and have a look inside she said she knows how much is in there she didn't even offer me a refund!

I love the smell of Gloria jeans brewed coffee. I usually order their very nice banana cake, toasted with butter, That basically makes my sunday afternoon. Couldn't ask for more

Went here to collect my free birthday coffee but the Vietnamese lady didn't want to give it to me even though it showed up on the screen when I scanned my e-sipper card. There's no point having these loyalty programs if the franchisees don't honour them.

The coffee is below average while the seating is uncomfortable. Not recommended especially during hot days since the Air-Cons don't do their work.

You know to my surprise, this place makes the best coffee. I know I couldn't believe it either. The sereno blend is my favorite and always get it in a mug. Just tastes better

I came here on a cold Sunday morning. The barrista was very friendly and served me an excellent cup of latte. Would def come back again.
