Gloria Jean's Coffees

Not sure who makes their food, but how can you be happy serving this train wreck of slop! Ordered the triple bacon and eggs on a roll with sweet rays and this is what I got!
Don't know where the triple bacon is or the top of my roll!?

I like coffee. It tastes different from other branches. This one tastes better. The staff are also very attentive and the snacks taste good. It's a great place to relax on the weekends. It's also very interesting to sit under an outdoor parasol and watch the people coming and going. It's a Springvale-specific style.

I walked in and ordered a coffee, the service Asian girl behind the counter, was extremely rude and disrespectful, she took my money, and I waited 20m and I went to ask the other guys there if my coffee is ready, they didn’t respond so I went back to Asian girl and she just ignored me and walked away, so I felt really sad and embarrassed walked away without my coffee, i felt she treated me really bad because I wasn’t there people and this is really sad.

One of my go to coffee places. Queen is so friendly and always there to help out with a smile. Coffees are good and always made consistently.

I was there other day. I expect polite and lady not even say 1 word " " thankyou" at the counter. Terrible service.

I feel very disappointed. I have order one large size D-cafe with oat milk, because my stomach cannot drink coffee, only D-cafe with oat milk will be ok. However, they had made me a real coffee with oat milk, I can tell that is a real coffee and now my stomach is pain again and bloating. I feel so mad with their service. To be sure, i had go Gloria ‘s coffee at Parkmore shopping center to buy one another D-cafe with oat milk. Yes, it is different. Finally I can have D-cafe with oat milk at Parkmore. Now my stomach still hurt and bloating. One more thing the price of coffee with the same franchise Gloria’s Jean, the Springvale branches charge me over 7$, but the Parkmore branches charge me over 6$. So why is different. We can note the colors of coffee are different too. The left side is real coffee from Springvale and right side is D-cafe from Parkmore.

It's the only Gloria Jeans I've been to that charges you for a baby chino every other store is FREE. It's ridiculous you spend $$$ on coffee and they can't even give you a free baby chino very disappointing.

Ive always gotten drinks here before and while its a bit pricey imo, the hot chocolate is great and really nice to have one-in-a while

I don't think they understand what vegan means even though it was advertised when I ordered. Order was wrong obviously and they looked confused when I asked if it was vegan.

Friendly barista, high quality coffee and aromatic. Always bustling corner where everyone come for variety of hot and cold beverages

Went here to sit in the courtyard with our banh mi. My husband went in first to ask for some tissues but got shushed away by the Vietnamese lady who apparently is the manager there in a very rude manner. She blatantly told my husband that they would not sell to him and tell him to go away.
I later came in, ordered a latte and passed on the feedback to a younger cashier who is more receptive than the manager. The cashier girl apologised and was reluctant to pass on the feedback as she told me that is the manager that was doing that. Hopefully they could take it on board and next time be more respectful to the customers. I am not sure if this only happens in Springvale but this is a very bad brand reputation to Gloria Jeans which brand I have been a loyal customer for a long time.

Fast service, efficient and friendly. Coffee the best in area, strong cappuccino with quality house blend.

Unbelievably rude customer service by the lady 'manager'. I dont expect to be treated like royalty in Springvale, but a brand like Gloria Jeans should not tolerate such rude behaviour. Not to mention i'm a decent non-entitled regular customer.

The service was nice and easy to get by and the drinks I had order was good and up to standard.

Didn’t eat or drink here but was sitting in the courtyard with a friend yesterday when I saw an unmasked employee walking coffee to a table- he SPAT on the ground - it was extremely unpleasant to witness and concerning as we are in a pandemic and it’s a food establishment

Need to get your act together with your customer service and accept feedback when a customer informs you! You have burnt her coffee! The milk was shockingly "HOT" not only that your cold brew was made with hot coffee not cold coffee like Starbucks!

Love coffee service, vibrant and always buzzling. Good coffee only comes to very trained barista in Gloria Jeans Springvale.

Standard Gloria jeans. Great service. Nice coffee and The croissant was nice we prepared. Tasted pretty good and decent price.

It was really expensive for a small coffee but if it was cheaper then I would buy it a couple of more times
