This school is good. Many teachers do care about this school and their students. If they don't they are very hard to deal with and give you a bad time here.

Been here 5 years of my life and about to graduate next year but there have been ups and downs, but I had a whole lifetime of fun here (excluding COVID). I caused trouble and learned my lesson, made connections and kept exploring new passions, met new people and friends I wanna spend the rest of my time with after highschool, and did new hobbies and joined clubs that taught me life skills. If I could restart how life was here I would barely change anything. Education can be tough and teacheds can be worse but I chose what I love and that got me to meet the right groups. If you wanna join, the education is good, teachers alright, facilities great (except the hall needs touchups). But school is an experience not just for the benefits but also the experience you get.

The uniform is uncomfortable to wear and the architecture and environment is a bit dull.lots of scary teachers, but some good ones.education wise, it's decent.

Just a thought from me to the other reviewers and people viewing this:

DONT EXCEPT A PUBLIC SCHOOL TO BE PERFECT

ok listen, even though this school achieves good scores blah blah blah and people complain about it it in the comments. What do you expect? You dont pay a cent you get what you pay for. And for those complaining about uniform, UNIFORM IS UNIFORM. Those people in private schools have it worse than you and yet you still complain.

Lame and overrated school. This school is Overpopulated and has a very noisy and distracting environment which negatively affects learning. Would not recommend at all.

The trenches of Verdun, conveniently placed in the heart of Glen Waverley. I ended up at Bond University due to the appalling educational quality of this institution. A $400,000 mistake.

Bro honestly why does nobody have 69420 million power in rise of kingdoms, my shikage is already at 800 million power, you should share rise of kingdoms to your dad who left to get milk so he can help you become number 1 top leader in rise of kingdoms.

Schools will force you to spend money. Plus Mr touflers hairline is like a donut. I feel like most of the teachers here want money and never mark essays. Sometimes the teachers are rude and they don't care.

The teachers can be a real hit or miss and the students can be very inappropriate, however the facilities are pretty good

The sports teacher elegantly slapped my bald shiny head and it flew my wig off my baldy man and they FLUSHED it down the urinal. Furniture wise, not too bad, except the fact that they slapped my bald shiny head

Our son was moved to GWSC from another school since we relocated to Glen Waverley. Academically speaking, the school has an excellent reputation. Socially speaking, it's the worst school our son has ever been to. Not only did he feel isolated during the transition from one school to another, but a strict discipline was imposed on him and he started to be labeled by the school as he was barely able to integrate into their ‘system', and the false mentality of staff members and students who everything they did but ridicule him. It was a real nightmare for him, 'a prison' as he describes it. If you are looking for a school where mental health is more important than academic achievements, please do not send your kids here!

Really unprofessional school nurse.

Rude to the kids, you would expect a nurse to be supportive and kind however at this school it is the opposite. Students are unable to discuss problems concerning their health with the nurse over the fear of being commented on with her blunt and rude attitude.

Kids are constantly upset about their experiences with the nurse, and in a school environment you would expect better.

Disgusted. First of all, I'm a software engineer who previously worked at On Deck. I recently jumped into crypto full time and have been teaching myself Solidity. For the next few months, I'm focusing all of my time on learning MEV.secondly, the teachers arent very friendly at this school the learning is bad.the environment smells like dog on fire.sports wise not too bad, except the fact that they gave me acupuncture

My daughter went to this school and it was worse time of her school life and I feel hopeless as a parent. The admission officer is erude and then teachers were not helpful either. We came from New Zealand in mid semester and teachers were not ready to offer any support. There are hardly any cocurricular activities and most of students are attending tuitions and asking for next exam so there is no preference given to sports, drama or music. I would have given this school black star if there's an option. I changed my daughter school in new session and now she is better and doing well in academic and sports.

Best school ever! Great facilities available with outstanding student support.
I, personally studied in this school for two and a half years. This school is a great place to grow. My grades have increased a lot. With a diverse community, this is an amazing place for students to be.
Teachers are very supportive too. They care about your health and they know what's right for you. For the past two years, I got teachers that knew me more than I knew myself.
No homework when you are in 7 or 8. However, it will start to increase from grade 9.

The receptionist is very RUDE! Don't want to listen to your request! Bad Management. Think before sending your kids to this type of school.

The school is pretty good, some of the teachers actually teach but the school is not as good as before since the new principal arrived.
