Gladstone Park Secondary College

This isn't a good school at all. The reasons? One, teacher's will say that they'll help you about bullies but actually sets it aside and later on forgets about it. Two, the uniform, one of my friends got told off for wearing something underneath. Question, how do you expect us to not wear something underneath when it's too cold. AND YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO TELL STUDENTS OFF because you don't let them in the classrooms to get warm at all. This school doesn't even deserve more than 1 star at all. Third, youngsters or students in Year 8,9 and 10 think they're invincible and acts like they own the school. Lots of students in this school are rude.

This school achieves the best with education, sport and music studies, although some teachers could improve and students need to learn much more about respect.

Honestly when I was in year 7 I thought this was a good school. I can't believe how naive I was! I truly understand now. This school is based on image. What I have learnt from this school is that you have to sweep all your problems under the rug, never to cleaned. I learnt to runaway from everything in life thanks to this school! I was bullied and the teacher said they would help.but they didn't. I managed on my own to face my fears. Also this school is supposed to be a school focused on art. Art music is focused on more than art art. Truly sad. I'm an art student all the way. I love art and would donate money to the art department if I could, but if I did teachers would say "yeah its going to the art department" but in truth it's not it will either go to academic or teachers. Also in year 9 you start learning about Vce and teacher tell you that you can do Vce bio or methods but not art. People are not made aware and soon if they aren't made aware art studio art won't exist on this school. Also I had a friend in a situation that she was getting bullied but as people taught us to stand up for ourselves, she did, but end up getting blamed for bullying. That is so S**t. Also this is a note to the teacher and staff if you want us to not wear warn clothes and socks under our school uniform (HERE'S AN IDEA) make the school uniform warmer not thin and presentable. You tell us off when we are sock so maybe THINK FOR ONCE AND USE THAT STUPID BRAIN OF YOURS. I mean the teachers do ramble on and on about how good they are, so maybe use the brain you are soooooo proud of. I think this school is run by zombies.

But its only my opinion. The school doesn't really care about them.

The worst school would not recommend this school to anyone even someone i dont like i wish i went to rosehill, if u want ur child to get abused let them come to Gladstone park secondary college, but it will be the biggest mistake u have ever done and will regret it

I attended Gladstone Park Secondary College in the 90s and now my daughter may attend there next year. It is so exciting to have her attend there at the same school but now just visiting the school in the last few weeks I am honoured to have her go there if all goes well. It has so many great facilities my favourite the canteen and gym not to mention photography, arts, and all clean new facilities. Also I was very impressed by the library and that it is part of the hume library too. What a great school to have in our area, Very blessed and happy.

I went to school here and most of the teachers are quite lovely, especially the art teachers! Out of the 5 schools I attended this was arguably the best! Prices are atrocious though on all levels (from lunch prices to uniform costs).
