G.J. Gardner Ararat

Edit- 2023 and it still hurts.
It all went downhill after I posted the review and they had our money. Communication stopped/was strained, quality of end product/finishes awful. The tiling haunts me every day and being treated like a whinging, needy client when we did raise concerns has given me anxiety to the point seeing GJ Gardner's name takes my breath away and not in a good way. I hate my dream house and can't wait to sell. I would never recommend to anyone!

From the first enquiry to the final plans GJ Gardner Horsham and Ararat have been fantastic. The communication has been great and the ability to tweak the plans and the fixtures and fittings to our needs was seamless. We are at the building stage and look forward to the finished product. I highly recommend the GJ Gardner team.

We have recently started our second build, the first with GJ Gardner (Ararat and Horsham) with the framing and roof now complete. The process has been very smooth and thorough with the assistance of their well experienced staff helping and providing assistance along the way. They are extremely accommodating and offer solutions to potential problems which I love. We have designed our own home, with some ideas from GJ Gardners own plans so it is really gratifying now watching it all fall into place. Even as we progress through the build they are willing to vary things along the way if required. We totally recommend GJ Gardner (Ararat and Horsham) if you are considering a build, whether it be one of their plans or your own, they are there to help. We can't wait to move in!

We are not long into our journey with GJ Gardner Ararat, and we are so happy to have such a competent and highly regarded team to take on our house build in Hamilton. Right from the start Pene has been amazing to deal with, and super helpful above and beyond the call. We purchased our own land, but with the GJ Gardner Ararat team's expert advice along the way, we managed to avoid buying a block that would have added thousands to the site costs.

I can't believe that we had originally considered to owner-build - which would have tied us up for at least a couple of years. Early on I realised that it's better to leave it to the professionals!
