I have had many plumbers come to my home and business over the years but Get Serviced Plumbing would have to be the best plumbers I have ever used. From the initial phone conversation with Brooke in the office to Dennis arriving promptly to change a tap and fix a leak, the whole experience was very professional and pleasant.
I would highly recommend this family run business and will definitely be using them in the future.

Dennis and his team were honestly the best tradies I’ve ever dealt with.

I received a call straight away and the job was discussed over the phone. Dennis then worked around my shift work to suit me and came to quote me the moment I had spare time even though this was on a Sunday. Quote for our new Rinnai B26 continuous hot water system was professional and sent through via email. 4 days later when I had a day off and the job was done! On top of installing the Rinnai B26, they also removed our old hot water storage unit, relocated the hot water system to another section of the house, installed new lines and upgraded the gas line from the metre.

They had excellent communication, were on time and I even received a text with a GPS tracker showing that he was on his way with an eta similar to Uber Eats. Arrived on the minute! Dennis and his team were very friendly, efficient and their work is very clean and well done. He even talked me out of certain things I was considering doing due to them being a waste of money and not really suitable for our home. Most tradies would just see it as more money for them but Dennis cared about my pocket and wanted me to be happy in the end. Very honest!

I seriously had the best experience from these guys! They fixed my hot water and my toilet within an hour when another company said it would be a two day job and 10 times the cost. I am honestly so happy, Dennis was such a professional plumber and polite, he would take off his shoes and clean every drop he made, i really can't believe how much effort he went through just to make sure we were happy, I wish every service was like this.

What I thought was going to be a painful process because of passed encounters with other companies, turned out to be one of the easiest things I've done, one call to Get serviced Plumbing and they had everything under control, from friendly and helpful call service, to professional, in detail information from the plumber (Deniz) himself.
