We had a burst pipe which meant that we had no running water in the house. I had been trying to get someone for a few days. I rang up and they came and quoted and managed to also complete all the repairs on the same day. The works involved were significant, digging to find the leak, replacing the pipe. I was sent a track information so I knew exactly what time they would arrive. The price for the works was reasonable. I am so greatful for their work and for managing to squeeze us in. I would definitely use them again. They are highly recommended and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Dennis came to my apartment yesterday and fixed a leak in my bathroom; changed tapware and replaced a shower head. He came in and quoted everything prior to starting the job and made sure I was happy. He is honest and fair with pricing and got the job done to a high standard. Picked Get Serviced because of their great ratings and I wasn’t disappointed. Called on a Thursday evening and Dennis showed up next day morning. Gave advice over the phone too which was helpful. He’s knowledgeable and provided us with lots of info on the day. No fix was done as it turned out it wasn’t really a plumbing issue but we will definitely use him again.

Dennis has recently solved what I thought was a minor problem. I stupidly contacted a local plumber to sort this quick job. After a number of expensive visits and then a long wait for a quote that never eventuated I contacted Dennis. He came asap and advised a couple of scenarios and solutions and then came back and repaired the problem. The cost was very good and his service and advice is superb. I highly recommend Dennis. I had to get an old hot water unit replaced urgently. Dennis came around within a couple of hours, replaced the unit and the cost was very reasonable. You can tell he really cared about the quality and providing a great customer experience.

Found Dennis to be very helpful and honest. We were advised by another plumber that our central heating unit had to be replaced but when Dennis checked it there was nothing wrong with the unit, he saved us a lot of money. Would highly recommend.
