Went to G. E. S. A. C With my mates earlier today, and was excited for the experience. Once we got there, after paying admission we thought things would actually be open, but no everything was closed other than two or so lanes in the proper pool, and the lanes weren't even a metre side. We were extremely disappointed and then after not even 10 minutes of being in the pool we dressed up and asked for a Refund, the service was horrible, "We can't offer a refund but can offer you a guest pass", even though we were oh there for 10 minutes, after going back and forth I was able to get a refund but none of my friends were. If possible I'd give it a 0 stars, not impressed.

Good skatepark, kids love it, not too far from good coffee for the parents. Great for lockdown 4.0 exercise time!

Great play area for the kids. I try to avoid the weekend mornings as it seems busier and with parts of the pools closed for swimming classes.

Clean and well maintained swimming pools and great place kids to learn swimming. Gym is well equipped and opening hours caters for before and after office hours.

Really lucky to be in this neighbourhood. State of the art council gym and pool - All the classes and facilities available plus an indoor stadium - all this without burning a hole in the back pocket. Kudos to the council and the staff.

Great place for kids. Smooth check-in plenty of room. Nice thing is water is warmish so if you are looking after little ones you can sit in the water and not freeze.

My brother and I were mistreated ethically and morally by a woman who went by the name of LAURA, absolutely disgusted that people can be treated like this in 2021, after being mistreated her behaviour was enabled by the management team which is so saddening. A refund does not qualify as an apology for that kind of mistreatment and abuse.

Best gym of all, with pools etc. If only they would monitor the people leaving their sweat all over the exercise machines. I'd be even happier.

Great value for money the indoor and outdoor pools are heated as well as there is a spa and gym. Any sunny afternoon of about 22° or more and the outside pool is pleasant

Not at all happy with my experience in the gym today. I normally warm up on the punching bag. But it was being used as a backstop for a woman doing leg presses. I moved off to other machines. When I returned member of staff was pushing it out of the area. I pointed and indicated I wanted to use it. She told me no as she would be running a class. She didnt appologise. Poor customer service skills. So Pointed up to the screen to confirm this. As she had been pushing it to the outside of the area I couldnt understand why I couldnt push it further and use if. Being very annoyed I decided tol leave. I spoke to Brad (?) who said sorry and went over to move it for me. The woman instructor told him they were (now?) Going to use it. Yes this is one of the few pieces of equipment I can use, but the lack of manners made me angry. I guess I am going to have to check when the bag is not going to be available. I am not happy, except for Brads politeness and willingness to try to help. I thanked him. A response to this would be appreciated.

The swiming pools are good for all ages but in the cafe there's food on the floor every where and the change rooms has mysterious things on the floor and the pools are always getting worked on and there is not anough room for the shop pool cafe and sport area all the time and you never really level up in a class

Very friendly reception staff, personal trainers at the gym are very helpful, the pools are also quite nice.

Watch out for sleazy patrons who pray on young ladies in wellness area. I witnessed a girl being harassed & notified mgmt. To date not not followed up.

GESAC is a wonderful place to swim, exercise in the gym or basketball centre or eat. The pool is really good and is full of many things to do. It’s really easy to get to with local busses and lots of car parking spaces. I highly recommended going to GESAC and checking it out.

Same like any other recreation center. Gym is not a best but it's ok for casual visit. I had a good day there.

One of the best pools that my partner ans I have been to for rehab. There's a dedicated large, heated pool for this purpose, plenty of space and resources without feeling cramped. The membership options aren't ideal though for casual users. We don't come at a set time every week, so a full membership is too much. A pass for 10 visits exists but I cannot recall the exact details required for obtaining it.

Mind blowing place! My kid loves swimming here. Also loves the multiple green fields around the place. We generally go to the fields after work with our dog and enjoy.

When things are broken why does it take 6 weeks for these items to be repaired. It's not shortage of funds.maybe just bad management

A modern swimming facility. Cafe and great staff. Good for the old and the young. Plenty of parking including disabled.

Very disappointed with the service unfriendly staff at front counter. No parking available close by. Not only do they charge a $3.95 spectator fee. To top it off the kids pool was closed for Reno’s they were quite happy to take our money but when we went back to tell them the kids pool was closed the would only give a credit. Staff members did say that he should of told us first. Not a great first impression. Do not recommend for service or value!
