Food was both delicious and generous portion sized. Staff member offered free cake as a birthday gesture. Great food and service. Will definitely come again another time.

I haven't been to this place in probably 9 years or more, and although I would pass it often, I would never really give it a thought.
Well, I have been missing out!

Delivered creamy chicken cream and avo pasta was split and oily (awful). Normally order the gnocci with this dish which is ALWAYS delicious. But threw the fettucini mess away.live and learn. Def get the gnocci

The food is delicious as always however the service has become terrible. They always get orders wrong.ordered a large italian pizza last night and got a medium when i paid for a large.wait time becomes longer as the high school kids working at the front are too busy giggling and measuring each other heights instead of paying attention to the details of the orders.completely unacceptable as it is affecting their public reputation

This place makes sum pretty amazing food tbh, the pizza is not very good though but everything else i tried so far is 10/10.

Manager shows blatant discrimination against uber eats and delivery drivers who are working hard to keep your business going very poor. Judging by other reviews also sounds like they're just a bad person and rude in general

This was the best Italian I’ve had so far in Melbourne after two years of being here. The gnocchi was amazing, the best I’ve had. My mum has the risotto which she loved also. Thanks so much

Ordered pizza for take out. It has been a few years since we have been here, the pizzas were ok which is a shame. The pizzas used to be amazing but a new dough and lower quality toppings make it just another average pizza place.

Food used to be consistently great at this restaurant. Of late however, not just the quality of food but also the quality of service has dropped significantly. I ordered a Gepettos special pizza which used to be a staple on the menu. I was given a complete mess of toppings on a pizza base which looked like something a 2 year old put together or from a fast food pizza chain, maybe even worse Nothing Italian about the pizza at all! Manager was extremely rude as well when I called to give feedback. Sad to see a great restaurant drop it's quality and reputation so badly in the pursuit of money.

This place used to be good but has gone badly down hill. The prosciutto pizza we ordered was dry, tasteless and every ingredient was not fresh. The manager was awful to deal with when we politely gave this feedback. Will not be coming back.

Extremely rude manager. Did nothing to help resurrect a problem with our order - speaking to us in an aggressive manner when we were nothing but polite and respectful. It was also obvious how badly other staff members were being treated, with one young waitress being yelled at to the point of tears. Would not recommend and won’t be returning.

Wednesday night is Parma night.
Great location for a meal and drinks.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! THEY YELLED IN MY FACE. Firstly I’d like to say that hospitality is a hard industry, I’m very understanding of that. I ordered the marinara pizza, it said that it came with mussels, calamari, and prawns. When it came, it only had frozen shrimps. I politely notified the female manager, who rudely raised her voice over the table and told me “IT IS THERE, YOU JUST CANT SEE IT”. I asked for a different meal (that I said I’d pay for), she said no, then said she’d speak to the chef. I explained that I’d really appreciate just a quick entree instead. I was polite at every point. He then proceeded to YELL in my face “WE ARE NOT A SUPERMARKET YOU DONT JUST GET WHAT YOU WANT” with his finger in my face. He continued yelling so aggressively, I actually had to walk away mid conversation because I was scared and embarrassed. I’m a young really tiny female and that’s not okay, If he treated me like that, I have genuine concern for his staff. One meal also never came and the wrong drink came, the manger said “oh well it’s yours now” and walked away (never got the right one), I would have let it go if I wasn’t abused. DONT GO HERE!

Food was very good but had to wait for 40 minutes after ordering. It's a bit too long wait for Thursday night.

We recently moved across the road from this restaurant & thought we would try it out.
Mistake number one. We were completely cramped back to back with other tables, the owner was screaming at a waitress right next to us, in front of my 9 year old daughter. If I worked there & was spoken to like that I’d walk out it was horrible. We waited an hour & 15 minutes for our food.
Now, a waitress accidentally kicked my daughters chair leg as it was SO cramped & my daughter went flying, & smacked her chin. The owner came over, shook her head at my daughter & walked away, the waitress apologized even though she was working in poor working conditions. You don’t cramp an extra table in if you’re booked out leave it. You caused a liability. I asked the owner why she didn’t ask if my daughter was ok & ended up in a full on confrontation she was SO rude! I couldn’t believe it. She’s evil. She then tries to damage control & give the girls ice cream. Sorry but we saw your true colors. Shame as the food is great! We would have been weekly regulars. However we won’t be returning ever again due to the poor environment & how nasty the woman owner is not only to her staff, but her patrons including a hurt crying child. Shame on you. Considering taking this further as it was completely unsafe as a work environment & as a customer.

Terrible customer service when something has gone wrong with an order, took no responsibility on an error they made and refused to help find a solution. Been eating there for years and will no longer.

Ordered a pizza, parma and HSP through uber eats. They managed to miss and not deliver the WHOLE large pizza leaving a member of the family to go hungry. The HSP and Parma were both soggy, terrible service won't be returning.

DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SERVICE. OWNER LAZY SLOW AND RUDE.told us if we want fast service then dont come in after 10pm.however he let us sit in the freezing restaurant for 45mins waiting for our entrees that kept getting put aside to do uber meals.

One of our favourite local spots. Have great special nights. Owner always looks after us. Great tasting food and good portions.
