I have been very impressed with the excellent service from George Migration. They provided me when very concise information on the required documents for my application and responded very quickly to all my questions. I have gone through the process of obtaining VISAs in many other countries and thanks to the great service of George Migration, this was the overall easiest I have been through.

My partner and I were lucky enough to work with Antionette while applying for our Partner visa. I am Australian and my partner is Canadian.
We met with Antionette back in 2017 when we first decided to apply for the Australian partner visa. Right from the get go Antionette was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process, and very organised. We sent off our off shore temporary partner visa application in November 2017, then in July 2018 we have received that it was approved!
It was so easy. If immigration needed anything (for example they needed my biometrics) Antionette would be alerted right and we could complete the request in a timely manner.
After that you have to wait a bit before launching the Permanent residency application.
Antionette remained in contact with us, and in December 2019 she messaged us to tell us immigration was ready to launch our PR. She told us what we needed to, and what documents we needed to provide and a deadline. My partner and I did this quickly and efficiently, and Antionette was able to launch our PR at the end of January 2020.
As of April 27th - I officially became an Australian permanent resident! I could not believe it. It was SO Quick and I am ESTATIC! We could not have imagined doing this process without the professional help of Antionette and George Migration. My partner and I are very organised people and luckily we have lots of evidence of our relationship. But there is SO much that you need to provide and prove to immigration. Antionette covered all the bases and made the whole situation so smooth and easy. Thank you again so much Antionette, we are forever grateful.

Richard and his team supported and helped me throughout my entire 4 years journey. Today he personally called me to give me the great news I am finally a Permanent Resident. A big thanks to his wonderful team, I could not have done it without their reliability and professionalism.

I've worked with Richard for over 6 years, he and Antionette have always been excellent counselors and easy to reach. Richard did three transfers of 457 for me, and one DeFacto/PR visa.
I just got my Permanent Residence approved and I wouldn't have liked to do it on my own. They made the process very streamline.

Objective things I have experienced with them:
1- Been advised a student visa not a working visa although being a physician. Had to find the legislation by myself and send it to them, than they changed their mind.
2- Missed the deadline for job advertisement given by the employer to apply for the visa as I was waiting for licence registration so needed to wait for a month doing nothing.
3- Not given any information regarding working rights of overseas doctors so ended up having no rebates for patients for my services provided in private healthcare. Was about to be unemployed in the first place due to this and visa to be cancelled!
4- This could have been prevented by using the correct type of licence registration through medical board in the first place, was not informed about.
5- Last e-mail was not responded by the manager pointing out what my family have lived through.

Subjective feelings:
Staff is friendly, usually responding e-mails late. Showed no empathy on what my family lived through after arriving to Australia. Manager not keen at all to compensate their mistakes, even left without any responds. Still trying to change licence registration type through Medical Board. Truly sad story
