Once we had the super friendly consultation with Richard (which is rare these days), Cinzia handled my case and she was friendly, attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. She even guided us on where to attain certain documents from. Once we provided her with all the required/requested documents for her submission, my spouse visa was granted just in 5months. Second time using Richard's and Cinzia's services and we couldn't be any happier.
First time was in 2019 when we were doing a sponsor transfer in addition to a partner visa (adding as a dependant). The transfer went well and my partner got his visa within 10 days.
Second time was for an employer nomination for permanent residency. He advised first on a transfer so I could start earlier. It took 2 weeks for the transfer to go through. Then we applied for the PR and it arrived 9 days later! (I'm in the health care sector and my partner is IT).
