So many amenities they actually have a supps shop in the premises and pool with sauna. Cardio room and so many free weights and cable machines, as well as super friendly staff that actually are so helpful in every way I love that I have made this place my new workout kingdom and I suggest you try a workout here they offer a 4 or 5 day free pass but don't quote me on the exact amount of days have a peep at the website it is by far the most informative and responsive web page that IV come across for gyms in the area all the info is there but if you give the gym a call the friendly staff have all the answers which is refreshing and so helpful, I love it and highly recommend to check it out

Welcoming and friendly vibes. Good value for money as you get 24/7 gym access, pool and sauna all included. Would recommend to all.

Great service and good equipment. I wish the sauna was in better condition and they fused the leg press machine but so far so good.

Fraudulent payments. I have been charged twice in one week. Then charged during the lockdown, where the gym is obviously closed.
They got no reasons and apologies to make.

It is a good deal for the price you pay if your training is more than just lifting weight's. Staff is friendly and it is generaly a relaxed environment.
This is the best bang for buck if you:
- need a boxing room
- need strength and contidion room
- decent sauna
- pump iron

You can do better if you:
- just pump iron and need brand new equipment and need all the machines you can get.
- olimpic size pool

In all it is a good place for someone who wants a holistic approach and friendly staff, some of the weigth liftig eq is little bit old but you have majority of the stuff you need.

I've enjoyed these facilities for 12 years & there is definitely something for everyone- pool, well equipped main gym, cycle room, boxing/weights room & separate women's area! Very friendly staff too!

I am a member of this gym. I like everything except the swimming instructors let their students go into the swimming pool without proper swimwear. Wednesday 24th March around 6.30 pm I noticed a female instructor let her male student into the water who was wearing 3/4 cotton short and a T-shirt. Also, I noticed he hasn't had a proper shower. It was not hygienic and I hope the management will get action for this.

Good customer service and the trainers are professional. However, they should seriously reconsider giving authorization to Debitsuccess the organisation that charges a direct debit. I had to cancel my membership due to medical reasons on Wednesday and although the staff reassured me that she has processed it. Debitsuccess still charged me on Thursday for the next fortnight. This is quite unprofessional at their that they do not have a clear communication with the Genesis staff. I tried calling them a couple of times, on the first instance the staff hung up as soon as I started to explain my issue and on the second they just left me unanswered for a while.
So the only issue is probably inter organisational that Genesis needs to sort with Debit Success or else they would keep charging you needlessly.

Very disrespectful staff specially SHYLA rudest and untrained staff sitting on the desk. Then big scammer at all the time with payment options always charging extra money from the customers and you have to fight back to get get your money. There are numbers of gym options out there in Dandenong with new equipments and pool. This gym has Old and broken Equipment with dirty pool. I don't recommend to anyone go in this gym.

Many free weights in a large room. Another room contained pinned machines with weights. Another room for boxing with bags and speed balls. Not busy during the day, great gym open 24 hours

Well today 7: 00pm I was there at pool when a group of ladies came with the gym instructor, it's before they take a shower
They all jumped in to the pool while I complained about it to the front office they replied well no one follow the instructions
