If you need a gym with lots of class options as well as a great range of equipment then Genesis Berwick is for you! Friendly, professional staff, clean and COVID compliant! You really can't ask for more!

False advertisement on the visit pass. Was given a 5 days free visit pass which clearly stated it is valid for 14 days from the 1st visit. When arrived i was told the pass has been expired and need to be used 5 days consecutively although it has only been 2 visits in the first week.
Staff is also not friendly at all. Jasmine is showing attitude when i showed up at the gym.
If you are not happy with new members trying out your gym then you shouldnt be giving out the free visit pass at all. Such a false advertisement.

Heaps of space, tons of equipment and a great atmosphere make this gym a pleasure to visit no matter the time of day.

Genesis Berwick is the best gym I’ve ever been to. Coaching zone Clare and Lindi are the best. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, supportive and I always feel comfortable. The facilities are nice and clean. 100% satisfied and I would recommend the gym to anyone.

The gym staff are all very pleasant and professional to deal with, and more than willing to assist. The atmosphere of the gym is always welcoming and there is always adequate access to all equipment and facilities. Highly recommend

I have been to other gyms in the past however the team at Genesis Coaching Zone are so encouraging and inclusive for everyone. I chose Genesis as they offered early morning coaching sessions and I am so glad that I did. I have met so many amazing and inspiring people, both PT's and fellow gym goers. It makes me look forward to my early morning starts. I joined Genesis three weeks prior to our first COVID lockdown. The professionalism and communication in the handling of all changes were outstanding and the cleaning protocols in place make you feel very safe. I would recommend Genesis without hesitation.

$20 is very overpriced for a once off visit, especially when the equipment clearly has never seen a service with rusty machines squeaking and dumbells rattling around had me scared to lift them above my head incase they fell apart

I'm really loving working out. Heaps of variety with machines and free weights. Staff friendly and other members and friendly too. Great environment

We got membership in february 2020 for Me and my partner. But now its already expired 6 months. Still they are taking money from our accounts. Even we have inform through emails to them. I highly not recommended this gym. Lots of bad experience. And if they not stop this i will inform relevant authorities.

Tried cancelling my membership twice, first time they wouldn’t allow it due to Covid, second time I was successful, but then they continued to charge me.
You can tell this place only wants your money, surprise surprise.

I spent 16 months at this gym before moving interstate. The staff and PT`s are all awesome. The gym is clean, has great facilities and the range of equipment is fantastic. I highly recommend this gym.

Pros
- Unbelievably squeaky clean (even amenities)
- Both female & male staff are lovely & helpful
- An abundance of equipment (some x2)

Cons
- It's getting very packed @ peak times now
- It can become hard to find weights because no **** restacks and staff don't do it once a week
- A lot of people don't use gym towels and that my friends, is gross

Friendly staff members. Talked to Wade the club manager regarding a concern, he handled the issue in a professional manner and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Genesis to my friends and family.

Signed up for this gym and paid in advance for 6 months, I got an injury after two weeks and I asked for a refund, it was refused. I couldn’t go back for the whole duration of my membership and I never received a single call from the club to at least motivate me to train. As soon as my membership expired they have called me 5 times in a matter of 5 days to rejoin the club, of course its all about the money not health. I blocked their number.
