2nd time here was very fun. Food is quite decent for a games arcade venue and there’s a large section of drinks. I skipped on the bowling, but had a blast playing the arcade games and we all loved the unique and quirky decor. Had to wait a very long time to get a coffee as only one person serving in the ice cream store. Perhaps look into getting a dedicated cafe van or something inside. Overall was very good and I’d be back. The prizes are somewhat lame - I think at around the 1000 tickets mark there should be some more interesting and useful items to pick from. Great place for a day out with kids.

We love this place. Did hyper bowling so much fun. Their bundle deals with meals, drinks and game cards for the arcade are excellent value. Staff always helpful

Fun arcade and the bowling atmosphere was really good, however food was pretty mediocre for the price point and staff were ok

Good but noisy. Sound of bawling and kids going nuts bounces off walls and ceilings. Please invest into some acoustic insulation

Loved it with the whole family plenty to do the kids will love it, also great food and beer. Will definitely be going back for a second round

Very good place, most things kids love under the same roof with ample parking places around and just a hop off the beach. Worth visiting frequently.

Have left 3 voice messages, left two Facebook msgs and even sent 2 emails to try and ask about an extended booking. Responses have been poor and no one has called even though I have left my number on multiple occasions. It has wasted my whole day trying to organise a nice time out with friends!

Lovely staff greeting upon coming in, went to order and was told we can order through QR code on the table however QR code to order did not work, went up to order and kitchen would not make a half serve salad, would've been happy to pay full price, but blatantly refused stating we don't do that.is it difficult to halve a salad?

Chicken wasn't bad, everything else was bland and almost tasteless.

Cocktails on tap shocked me, $20 for something that's just pumped out like a beer, really?

Arcade appeared very eye catching and intriguing though music was highly inappropriate for children having non radio edits playing, prizes were cheap and average was difficult to choose something that wasn't landfill.

Downstairs was very loud and dark, very hard to hear each other, seating was flimsy and uncomfortable.

Overall, it was an average experience, likely will not come back.

Love this place, great resource for local community. The arcade games are great as a last minute activity with kids, good variety of games and bonus deals with pricing, it's also open late and you dont have to book for that. Only issue is it's often flat out and games get broken or dont work but the staff always give you a free game if you can track them down. Prizes are decent and much better than the other frankston arcade. The bowling is great for group or date activities (you do need to book for this) & it's super handy having food, ice cream, bar, pool tables etc all in one place. Another great addition is the giant slide to get down the stairs.

We went here for our work function last night. Great place to hang out for food, beers, arcade games, bowling and fun. We got one of the food, drink, arcade packages. Only downside was limited arcade games we could play and they only had one person maning the bar and there was always a line. Put more people on. Only after 10pm when our 2hr drink package had expired did they put more people on it. The pizzas were good. Bowling was booked out as there was 2 other large groups there all dressed up and having a ball.

The place is a lovely establishment, my friends and I had no difficulty finding out way around, sadly the kitchen had closed when we arrived but everyone at the bar had lovely service. I'm sure that there is no doubt I will return either with family or friend again, for what I can believe to be reasonable prices and a lovely setting.

Very very good food, and good place to take the kids. Only downside was feeling a bit lost when I initially walked in. There was a sign that said 'please wait to be seated' and after waiting a few minutes and noticing noone was there, we just decided to walk in. Also didnt know where to go to find the table we reserved online and then couldnt find the menus for the food. We eventually figured it all out and had a great time haha. But yeah, Id give it 5 stars because of the food and the food service, but we were pretty lost walking in.

While the food was a bit disappointing especially the fried chicken burger that was horribly bland, we had a great time with the arcade section. *Edited* will post directly to them. Just wanted to clarify that no serviettes were used. The same gloved hand that handled money was used to grab an icecream cone without a serviette as barrier.

The gelato store on the ground floor have some really good selections and are tasty. The games arcade is a a little disappointing, however, because a number of machines were out-of-service when we were there. The 30-minute unlimited game card wasn't worthwhile as well because of the limited selection of machines you can game on in that timeframe (i.e. You can only game on machines with the green strip).

Great place! Something for the whole family, 2 x bars, gelati, pizza, donuts, bowling, pool tables and an arcade. Finally a chill place for catch ups in Frankston

Fairly quiet, being a Tuesday evening. Made to wait over 30 minutes for drinks, but the guys seemed legitimately sorry.

Taco Tuesday is great and for $3 a taco, it's a steal, considering it's delicious. Their pizza on the other hand left a lot to be desired.

Their bowling system is pretty cool and an upgrade on what you're used to.

The arcade was a bit disappointing with quiet a few games out of order and a pretty limited selection considering the amount of space they use.

Overall, I'd happily go back for another taco Tuesday, but unsure whether I would at another time.

What a great place. Visited over the weekend for a kids party. Great facilities and layout. Love the big party rooms. We will be back for sure.

Great place. A one stop shop for entertainment. Bowling, pinnies, shuffle board, pool, food, drinks, ice cream, donuts. Literally fun for everyone.

Jaimee at general public Frankston was the best bartender I have ever encountered. She was kind and caring. We started off with a not so great time downstairs but jaimee managed to turn out night around as soon as we came upstairs. We can’t thank jaimee enough for the awesome night at general public. She was so kind and caring and couldn’t thank her enough.
Ruby at general public was awesome and fun during our experience at the arcade. Was so generous in helping and ensuring we had a great time.

My review is only in reference to the Arcade section. A few games out of order, balls missing from others, motorcycle game just failed half way through a game. Air hockey paddles need work.maintain the equipment and get some newer games, some of the car race ones look like Nintendo 64
