Thanks for a great night for our Xmas work party, our staff have non stop raved about how great it was, and our night cannot be topped! Ryan did a fantastic job and props to him for keeping our night in order! Great work to the whole team

My son went to a birthday party here and I was very impressed. Attentive staff, good food with a bar and restaurant as well - this place is set up very well. Great experience.

Really enjoyed playing pool and arcade games. Drinks and food are a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

So much fun! Its so nice to let your inner child out, bowling, arcade games, slide, pool and a lolly shop! There is so much to do here. Everyone is always so friendly. We have gone with kids and without and heaps of fun each time!

Nice place good food, just dropped a point for the pool tables being shody along with the house cues and sparse chalk.would have given 4.5 if could, as its only because I love pool so much I dropped a point

Ordered off the menu as shared plates. Yummy & plentiful food.

Kids had a ball upstairs on the game$$$

Good spot, bowling lanes were great and there was a good variety of machines. Menu wasn’t very appealing.

We had our six year olds birthday party at General Public Frankston.
What a great venue. The staff were fantastic. The quality of the food was very good too. Highly recommended.

This place is huge, probably a great venue for events but there weren't many people the night we went so a bit lacking in atmosphere. We had great burgers.

If tunza fun arcade, JD's pool hall and strike bowling had a baby together it would resemble this place, throw in a decent restaurant and ice creamery plus a downstairs and upstairs bar, a slide that will take you from the first floor back down to the ground floor and all up you have a good time that both adults and children can enjoy.

Came in with a few mates for a Birthday bash and was server by a guy named Ryan behind the bar.

This guys cocktails and understanding of beer and alcohol in general was very impressive. Then we tried shuffle board which he came over and explained the rules to us. Defiantly will be back for his serves & cocktails.

A wonderful place for an evening of fun. It was a little bit noisy but there were so many different activities for all us to enjoy. Early teens to 60 years there something for us all to enjoy. Bowling, arcade games, food and more.

It was a quiet arvo, that's why 3 stars for atmosphere, we took the kids and played shuffle board, enjoyed how quiet it was so we had the run of the place really. Top service from the bar, with one staff member training a new team member, really the best attitude towards a new staff member I've ever seen. We had a great time and will be here again

Obviously Harry hates me otherwise we would have gone somewhere else, the food is very average, the pool tables are horrible, but the service is good especially the bartender. Won't be going back in a hurry though

Been here 3 times, the first 2 times was when first open and it was faultless. But I went there with some friends to have a bit of fun on the arcades yesterday, many of them were not turned on, faulty or malfunctioning and the shooting games were not calibrated and therefore the direction of the laser was incorrect.
I had inserted the card to play a game 3 times in a row as I thought I was not doing it correctly, the game was malfunctioning and took the credit off the card. I told the young man on the counter who was very nice, he looked it up on the computer and saw the credit taken, but he said they could not add the amount to my card and that he would put it on another game, as it was busy all games had been taken and he could not wait until a game was free which I understood.
To solve this, please have a regular games technician test, calibrate and repair the games, card transactions as this is a big item that you sell to customers. Also allow your staff to put lost credit back on their cards or give them a seperate top up card with the amount lost so everybody can move on and either enjoy themselves or continue working.
