Amazing staff, all very kind and helpful. However I need to give a special thanks to Cody for being an absolute legend. She helped me buy my first and second pair of Docs, she told me about her experiences and what she recommend which was highly helpful in my decision. She was also super friendly and easy to talk. Definitely recommend you guys training her on registers and giving her heaps of shifts. I will be shopping here again.:)

Very poor customer service. Staff members appeared to be high on something. Definitely will not shop at this particular store again.

Worst customer experience ever. I had a $25 voucher which i used to purchase rubber casio watch, they gave me watch in a wrong box which was for another watch. They also emailed me a recipet for a vintage leather casio watch. I went back to exchange my box for a correct one and they wanted to charge me additional $10. This was staff mistake not my mistake. I wasn’t able to exchange it for something else as they wouldnt let me re-use my $25 voucher. So all i was able to do is get a refund (difference i paid for a watch).

Staff was not helpful and they made me feel uncomfortable while waiting to see what can they do for me, they kept singing, chatting and dancing around while i was there.waiting. When they finally decided not to be helpful and just give me no any choice but take my tefund, the girls at the cash register were smirking at me. Dissappinting! I’ll never return back to this store again.
