Shopping for jeans is always very daunting as there's always so much on offer. You stare as this wall of every jean style imaginable where you just don't know where to start - yesterday was no different. However, all my worries were alleviated when Daisy stepped in to help. Daisy's fashion advice, knowledge of products and customer service is second to none. She made my experience that much more enjoyable with her bubbly, fun personality. Thank you again, Daisy!

On another note, corporate General Pants Co.give this girl a big fat bonus/raise!

There today had a rack that said from 10 dollars.i asked them is this rack 10 dollars she said no from 10 dollars. Some items were up to 70 dollars and more yet there was other racks which said from 50 dollars.the ones on the from 10 dollar rack should be placed there.i asked if there was anything on this rack around 10 dollars.she said nope and walked off.

All staff there are nice. When I bought two pairs of Rollas jeans, I firstly checked if they were in stock at the store, but they werent, and the guys there were so kind and ordered it for me:) I'm the one playing piano next to them as well:)

A particular customer service representative - Simon, was extremely helpful! He helped my partner and I get a number of tops, jackets and pants. He sifted through numerous sizes with us and recommended new styles. We both really enjoyed our experience due to his help!

Yesterday I went into this store and Simon and Sonic are two of the loveliest people I've ever met. They made my experience so enjoyable, making sure I was taken care of and going above and beyond when catering to what I was asking. Will definitely be returning to this specific General Pants and Co store hoping to see them:)

Ksubi has a huge problem with inconsistent sizes across most of their products. Pretty sad and frustrating as the quality is right up there. Customer service could be better too.

Whoever was working on Tuesday the 6th of July 2021 are the best retail staff I have ever met. They deserve big pay rise
