As a first time bathroom renovator, I wasn’t sure where to start. Walking into Geelong Tiles and Bathware, I was greeted with a smile and offered assistance very quickly. Marina went above and beyond to calm my nerves and offer her assistance with her expertise and knowledge on products that I required. She was very patient and willing to share a number of product ranges to fit my design. Highly recommend GT&B!

Heaps of staff walking around, no one was willing to acknowledge or offer assistance after over 30mins in the shop we walked out.
A shame for them as we are renovating a whole house.

I was helped with my tile choices for my ensuite and bathroom by Tanayah. I visited the store a number of times and Tanayah was always extremely helpful and provided expert advice to me. She guided me gently with choices and assisted me patiently through my indecisiveness. I couldn’t recommend her or Geelong Tile and Bathrooms more highly. I have been into this store at least 3 times recently and everytime, even though there are a number of staff behind the counter, and in the shop, we have been completely ignored. They have great products but customer service is exceptionally poor.actually non-existent.

Walked into GT&B and instantly was greeted by the amazing staff, the vibe was very cool and trendy. The prices were great and I was guided through the selection process by Joe who was very knowledgeable in the building industry.

My experience at GTB was amazing. Not only do they have an excellent selection of products but you really get a professional service from their team. Trish not only has exceptional product knowledge but a great eye for design and detail. It helps so much when you can't make a final decision or not sure what colours go together. I was glad to make the trip from Melbourne and would certainly do it again if I need to.
