Geelong Tiles and Bathware / GT&B

We recently had the absolute pleasure of using Geelong Tiles and Bathware for completing our house selections. Melissa assisted us throughout the process right from concept, selection and delivery, she was nothing short of exceptional. Her vast knowledge, friendly demeanour and incredible patience ensured that the process of enjoyable and efficient. We cannot thank you enough Melissa. Highly recommend GT&B.

I walked into GT&B and was overwhelmed by the most delicious range of tiles, fixtures and fittings. So much fabulous in one place. I hunted down Jeremiah and he made our dream come true. His knowledge of the products was impeccable, alongside knowing building processes, deadlines, required measurements - everything a novice like me had no idea about. Jeremiah’s creative process is the bomb and GT&B is the place to be.

Their customer service was excellent from the minute I walked in right through to the lovely guys in the warehouse.

We were having some issues getting our kitchen renovation completed and were told by our installer that they could only get the tiling done on a particular day, with less than a week’s notice.

GTB had already processed our order, but Melissa went away and within a few hours she had found us a very similar product that could be delivered even sooner.

Excellent customer service, just went above and beyond - thank you so much. And the tiles are beautiful.

The reason I chose G B&T is because I saw an article in a magazine of these gorgeous green tiles I HAD to have, so o trekked it out from Melbourne to Geelong, and once I arrived I ending up choosing a bath, taps shower rose, toilets and all other Nic Maxs like toilet roll holders and towel rack to kit out my bathrooms.

The lovely Melissa was at our service, my friend asked if she worked on commission, to which she replied ‘no’. Melissa’s outlook and positivity came naturally for her, she helps you pick things you don’t think of like (colour of your grout).

When my kitchen tiles were needed in a hurry, they had all sold out but as always Melissa had a quick solution w another tile which was exactly the same, and still game me the same look.

Drop into G B&T and ask for Melissa, tell her I said ‘hi’, highly recommend- she is my super hero and kept me calm whilst being very stressed w being an owner builder!

Couldn't recommended GT&B enough! I found this store in the middle of our bathroom renovation and wish so much I had of found it sooner! It really is a one stop shop. I found the pricing to be pretty reasonable and suitable for all budgets.

I was served by Melissa and and I will confidently say, she made it the best in store shopping experience I have ever had! Nothing was too much. She talked through my concerns and worries and made making decisions so much easier. Her knowledge of products was world class. She understood my style and taste from the beginning and all of her recommendations were very considered!

We recently completed a bathroom renovation with products from GT&B it couldn’t have been done without the help of Emily!

Emily took the time to talk us though our design and inspired us to create a space that we would love.

Emily’s in depth product knowledge and fantastic design experience elevated our project to something we didn’t think we could achieve.

Upon collecting our items from the warehouse, we were greeted by Anthony who was incredibly friendly and efficient. A great way to wrap up our experience with GT&B!

Jeremiah’s knowledge and support made the process so easy! GT&B has an amazing range and I’d recommend going here in you’re in the Geelong / Bellarine area. The showroom is large but laid out in a way that is lovely to walk through.
We did our bathroom, powder room, flooring, and bar design with Jeremiah and he made it easy and fun!
He suggested different items that we hadn’t thought of but also stuck with the theme that we wanted.
