Allan was a very knowledgeable and helpful guy, especially when I really don't know much about computers he made it seem much more understandable for me. Very friendly. I will definitely call on him again.

My 8 year old MacBook Pro was having issues with running slow and failing to charge. I got in contact with Alan from ACD and he promptly arrived at my place and within a few minutes got to the heart of the problem.
A new hard drive was installed and was personally returned and now it is operating like new.
Great job and quickly repaired by Alan at ACD. I would highly recommend ACD for any computer repairs.

Got my screen replaced on my laptop. Took some time to get the part but once received. Very fast and efficant. Collect the laptop from the door step and redelivered when completed.

EDITED: When I discovered it had not been set up correctly, they wanted to charge me more to complete the job. What would have been a 5 minute job remotely was going to cost me another $79. Very disappointed. (Allan was brilliant! Fast service, very helpful and now I’m completely set up) Obviously I wasnt completely set up with my email not functioning correctly. Something that is vital for work.
