63I could not ask for better service. The person on the end of the phone was so patient, clearly speaking, job fixed, and inexpensive. (I am not young anymore, computers and printers can be a big challenge!) THANK YOU!
NO STARS! Do not waste your time with this company unless you want a barrage of vile abuse when you ring & give any constructive, negative feedback! Customer service is NOT their strong point & the person I spoke to [or who SHOUTED ABUSE] at me really should consider an anger management course! He claimed to be the owner!
Left me shaken & upset & there is no way of going to see them personally as the 'office' has no access for the general public! I wonder if he would have verbally 'attacked' a man in the same way. Disgusted!
Technician was great, perfect result, super helpful. He even took time to tidy things up for me he really didn't need too. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Allan was early to the appointment and very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He ensured that i was across everything, prior to leaving, and couldn't be happier with the experience.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR COMPUTER
After prompty accepting the job:
- Took 3 months to return my computer following repeated calls and messages
- Zero communication around progress of repairs
- Finally returned my computer, only to be told they had replaced my driver WITHOUT TELLING ME
- Despite being told my original driver would be returned, Geelong computer doctors have kept it, and are just not replying to me email.
AGAIN, GO ELSEWHERE. ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK USING THIS COMPANY.

Needed a laptop repaired, have called the business 5-6 times and no one ever answers. I emailed and finally received a response, I sent a further email to book it in how again, no response. Have taken the business elsewhere.
Excellent service by Alan prior to and post Christmas with fixing an Outlook issue. I have used ACD a number of times now and highly recommend, I wouldn't use anyone else. Cost was explained up front. Alan is very knowledgeable and explained issues clearly. Thank you ACD

Great service, Alan quickly diagnosed the issue with my computer due to a power surge.
The issue was rectified quickly with a reasonably priced re-conditioned unit.
Alan also gave helpful advice on how to possibly make a claim with the power supplier that caused the problem.

Worse experience I've ever had. I would give a zero star, if I could! My macbook has been with the technician for over nearly three months - one excuse after another. Every couple of weeks (6th time now), would call the customer service line, my message would apparently be passed on to the technician, who either never calls back or would call and make a promise to deliver the macbook the next day but never show up or even calls. Same cycle repeated over and over. Today, customer service simply cuts me off on the phone and wouldn't even listen to the fact that their technician has promised to deliver the computer 11days ago and has still not shown up. All I got was 'am going to cut you off now, have a good day' - then proceeds to cut the call. Now am worried, i might never get my macbook back, am left unable to do essential work, worried my data would now be compromised. This was supposed to be simple keyboard replacement turning into a nightmare of an experience. I would not recommend to anyone

I made an appointment days in advance. 1 hour after my appointment time 1had to call and ask where the technician was?
I was called back to say he had been held up and would be here in 30mins.
1 hour after the 30 minutes had passed I phoned again, Alan said he had to go to the post office on the way to my job. Another hour passed and no show. I called Alan’s mobile several times and he didn’t answer. So, 4.30 hours after my appointment I still had no answers. I called the office and was rudely spoken to by Tarek who apparently is the owner of the business. He told me he was happy with the communication from Alan (lol) as he told me he had to go to the post office and he didn’t have to work to my schedule.
Now 5.45pm and dinner time in my house, I said it wasn’t in my office hours and not suitable for me to have to still wait as I had no idea or time expected of Alan’s arrival.
Please do not use this unprofessional and non-service delivering company.
If there was a no star option I would have given them that as 1 star is far to generous.
Allan Hutten shows up an hour late, downloads some soft ware on my laptop, says he will check in on the following weekend, 3 weeks ago and has not been back or bothered to call. If I am that unimportant or not worthy of your time, surely you can have the decency to say so!
